AAT 505 with montan wax for CORRECTION vs GLAZE on scratches with a foam pad

Donald demonstrates the difference between using AAT 505 for correction on scratches, and using 505 with montan wax with a foam pad as a glaze. This is a great product for auto detailing. Use on the exterior for polishing and as a compound.

Can you use the flex 3401 with aat 502 polish and still get the good results

I like to use hd speed directly over some types of oxidized plastics and rubber surfaces and have found very few plastic/rubber surfaces that speed will leave a residue on. It honestly even works well on some textured trim. Does 505 correction glaze also clean trim effectively?

505 CORRECTION GLAZE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SPEEDS REPLACEMENT. BUT FOLKS WENT NUTS WHE. THEY HEARD SPEED WAS BEING DISCONTINUED. 505 GLAZE IS CUTS MORE AND LEAVE MORE GLOSS HAN SPEED.
AND DOES THE SAME ON TRIM LIKE SPEED

Just purchased this product, and unsure if I should be using a black or green foam pad on SL55 benz.

In general, you want to use a soft pad. I the car has more scratches you want a stiffer pad. If the scratches are really heavy, move to compound and polish.

Would it be good to use hd poxy afterwards or before that and how much would be a good amount to charge to do this work

This product is best to remove light scratches and leave a protective layer on the paint finish

It is not recommended. It is better in the cool shade.
