What damage will plastic rifle rounds cause

    German training rounds. 3400 fps 10gr projectile. made for indoor use. accuracy out to 300 meters

    Now run a bore scope down your barrel and see what it looks like. I imagine solvents could remove the fouling but I wouldn't do that to my rifles.

      @@itsjustjoe3790 Did you actually check it with a bore scope? We know about copper fouling, I'm sure plastic will do the same... maybe I'm full of shit, but I'd really watch for it. Being a soft material, it may not matter if the bore is plastic fouled and then you run copper/lead bullets through it. Or then again, maybe it does. Who knows?

      @ great point man. I’ve run the plastic rds but always cleaned it between range trips. Never run plastic then fmj/jhp after. Now I want a bore scope! If Santa is reading this please help

    I scored these from a pawn shop $30 for 150rds. Made under the name “DAG” Nato training rounds. They will definitely take a rabbit.

      Hey can these be reloaded cause you could probly use a 3d printer to make the bullet and if you can reload the caseing it would be awesome

    Those are German training rounds actually. They also come in .308 and even .50 BMG.
