Moringa works for me. Since I started using it I jave tried a few different brands. I have decided the Pure Vida capsules work best for me. I tried making my own capsules with OMG moringa powder first and it worked. I tried Pure Vida next and it worked better. I guess the process and freshness is what makes one better than the other. I have inflammation and pain in my knuckles from 25 years of working as an electrician. The improvement occurred of 2 weeks. I ran out and within a week the pain and swelling returned. Ordered more and within 2 weeks I had relief again. Now ive been taking almost a year. What I have notice is this: my back pain that comes and goes has not returned. I have not been sick a single time in a year. This maybe coincidence and its hard to say for sure. But I have not been sick at all for a year. I wake up feeling more refreshed. That alone is great. I take 2 capsules every morning. This stuff works and it is all natural. Cant go wrong. Thanks to you!!!

3 wks in and I'm so happy to report that Moringa has made a huge difference in my arthritis pain. I had to go up the steps one at a time but now I can walk them fine and I used to not be able to lift my right foot to wash it in the shower and now I can again and I am sleeping much better too. I'm going to get some for my parents next. Thank you for telling me about it. I am so grateful 😘

I thank you, Istarted taking it over a year ago. I have very thin skin and could bruise or cut open and bleed. It would take months for these wounds to heal, sometimes turning into infections. I have noticed in the last few months, I don't bruise or break my skin open so much anymore, and when I do, I heal faster. Thank you again so much. I can now do more without hurting myself. I love it when you do videos on moringa. I was in the middle of watching a video and got a notification and saw moringa,😂😂😂😂😂! Had to switch over to see this video! I will NOT be without moringa ever again! I'm still using the moringa from a friend in georgia ( and I'm in NH )where she has a moringa tree. But I got my 3rd order of the moringa powder this month that roger ordered for me. We are on auto ship. My hands use to hurt all the time and my left shoulder not so good. And STRESS!!! IT HELPS so much! Stress is a big thing for me. If I stop taking the moringa, I'm hurting. So will continue with the moringa! And anyone that questions these videos that BRAD and CHRISTA put out on moringa, go back and watch the videos before he started taking moringa. That alone should be an eye opener.

I have been drinking Moringa tea and taking 2 capsules every day, and there's not much of anything it can't do! It sure has to be a miracle sent from our Heavenly Father, because it is a miracle herb! Also it is much cheaper than that overly priced CBD oil! May God continue to bless you both!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

i love this stuff i take two capsules a day and i dont have arthritic pain in my hand joints any more and i really am glad you recommended it ty .
The short of the long for me is this, I was taking Tylenol daily, just to get my day started. I would be in so much pain from arthritis and even, at times, would have to take Tylenol later in the day. Since I started taking Moringa, I have not experienced the pain from arthritis. The only pain I now experience from it, is when I push myself too hard. I tend to forget that I am not as young as I used to be. However, I am able to do more now, than I have had in the past, since I have been using this. It also has decreased the pain I have from gout. I am considering stepping up how much I am taking. Right now, I am only taking 2 a day. If I do, i will let you know more.

Moringa has given me my life back. 2 hip replacements and a broken femur left me with inflammation as nd pain. I am off of all pain meds with 2 capsules a day.

@@thobilenyathi9708 I bought some after seeing this post so have been on it 2 capsules twice/day. I am not pain free yet, but it certainly has lessened. I had both knees replaced last year. I feel it is helping so I will continue.

It’s interesting you say nursing women should not take it because from the research I’ve done, it says that it’s amazing to help boost milk supply and that women in Asian countries swear by it. I have been taking it for 4 months after having my second child and my milk supply has been wonderful. I will have to talk with my doctor to see what they say
How much moringa do you have to eat to get the amount of nutrition you mentioned. I am planting a moringa tree, but who knows how much to actually eat... love the video, thank you..

@@AR-dm7ze I googled it and it said 1-2 teaspoons... it suggested under the tongue... I think I can only do capsules or in a smoothie tho... unless I put leaves in a salad when I grow the tree...
You can make it part of your salad. I put it in any cooked meal either by cooking it along with the food or just putting as much leaves on the food after serving
I can say that Pura Vida is superior... I was diagnosed with Fibro. I am vaccine damaged. I can function Thanks to Moringa... I love you Chris and Brad... You have a Beautiful Family.

I have also been using the beard balm. My wife loves how it smells. I even use a tiny bit on my hair. And I also have noticed that the dandruff and rough spots I used to get, have not made an appearance.

No point in asking the doctor about Moringa because most doctors would not even know what it is. I've been taking it for 2 weeks and I'm going to see after 3 months if it reduces my cholesterol. By the way my husband loves your guitar collection. He has a collection too! Go Bucks!
I used to be very stiff first thing in the morning couldn't barely move.started Taking moringa and about 2 to 3 weeks changed all of that . been on it over a year now and using the oil it's amazing I am moving better than my kids who are 17 and 19 years old now. I am also very youthful looking from the morning oil . I love this stuff thank you for sharing . Also just wanted to say it wasn't a magic bean it did take a couple weeks when I got results. John F. I have also been taking Moringa for a little over 5 years now and I take no prescription meds. I will be 75 in August and I am doing so much better than 98 percent of the people I know that are my age. My Doctor ask me why do you take Moringa and the best answer I could come up with was it gives me a sense of well being. I have not taken a flu vaccine since I retired in 2006 and have not had the flu since. I have come though this "PLANDIMIC" just fine however I do take Ester C and Zinc on a daily basis along with my Moringa. I wore the Fing mask only when forced to, I hate wearing the nasty thing. Breathing in my own Carbon Dioxide does not appeal to me. The last time I checked it is poisonous . Excess carbon dioxide uses up space in the air instead of oxygen, creating an environment for asphyxiation. I want all the oxygen I can get unrestricted.

Sorry , I mentioned muringa as a herb in my comment that I placed few minutes ago , it's a tree with leaves , flowers and fruits that can be used as a vegetable , leaves can be put it in soup after chopping and it's really delicious , flowers also edible after cooking

Done my alternative research on herbal supplements and plant medicine when my late partner was looking into alternative/complementary medicine for her cancer. Moringa was the first I came across along with honokiol. Today I'm diagnosed osteoarthritis of the knee, couldn't walk for 6 weeks, until my regimented supplements of moringa, cat's claw and horsetail, I'm walking 2 miles a day with my dog no pain!
I take boswellia, curcumin,cat claw, fish oil, probotics and would like to add moringa would you use 600mg or 1000mg daily ?

Ordered some from Amazon. It was "NOT" green I e-mailed them they said it was still good. They said it is discolored at times because of the time of year they harvest. Sending back, and trying another brand. Who do you trust?

It can be found in Asian food stores in the natural ground version.... lots of great herbs and spices much cheaper too. Not always sure about being organic but I add to my smoothies.

Okay okay I watch this video a few days ago I ordered my moringa I got it in the mail my first question to you Brad is should I briefly stop taking my arthritis medicine while taking this say maybe for a week trial. And I know you're not a doctor what did you do
From my point of view, I think you should take your meds and the moringa and slowly ease out of the meds.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis two weeks ago and got some medication for the pain and inflammation. It was terrible, I have had the pain and swelling for over a year prior to diagnosis. When I came across their moringa video I decided to dive in the very next day. I can tell there's a great difference. I am still taking the medication until the dosage gets finished then I'll see my doctor and we'll see about not taking them anymore. Mind you, I am very much aware that the medication gave me relief for a few hours and the pain after was intense. After a few days of taking moringa, the pain after hours of taking my meds have drastically reduced. I feel more happy like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My shoulders don't hurt anymore, I can sleep properly and toss around omg. I give testimonies every now and then and say thank you Lord for making me watch this video because I had seen the video before but thought it was just one of those videos.
All in all, just keep taking moringa and your meds and listen to what your body is saying.

P.S. I'm taking fresh moringa leaves. I put them in my food in the morning and evening. I plug them directly from the trees. The powder is more expensive here in Nigeria but the trees are easily accessible and free .

Unfortunately morenga has not worked for me. Took 4 capsules a day for 4 months and no benefit for my fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis whatsoever. Sigh...😪
That is unfortunate. It helps me but what works for some may not work for others. Just curious what brand you tried? Ive tried a few and the Pura Vida seemed to be noticeably more effective. Either way, good luck to you.

You might want to try taking MSM with Morenga, start small and work your way up to 2 tablespoons. Lemonade covers up the taste the best. Also if you haven't stopped eating dairy, you should. Good luck!
