I live in this area,and even before the "Protests" Walmarts around here are going out of business because of theft...This literally happens DAILY...A few groups just walk right in,grab whatever they can{that hasn't been put behind locked cases in an attempt to slow down loss including shampoo,it's so bad in this area} and just walk out as if nothing happened....They Don't even RUN or hide their faces because its just another misdimeanor charge,and apparently that's no biggie to them.
