in this video im showing you how to make a dial indicator and dial indicator stand from scratch, i used pressure gage and a pen for the dial indicator and stell road from an old sewing machine for the stand and base

@@diycreativecrafts4461 i was thinking of making a conrete cast with angle iron for guideways then a salvaged car front wheel hub for the lathe spindle,then order 4jaw chuck or hand mill it myself

@@bryomuch the car wheel hub is great i dea go for it and about materials you can check scrap yards or metalworking shops they have cut-outs that they don't need I'm working on a new version with a design that any one can make super esay
