This was a reference to that scene in the Pixar movie "The Incredibles" where Dash's teacher tried to prove with a video recording that the boy set a pin on the chair.
I cut it out of the final video you can find here • Final Fantasy VIII: wh... because I made a mistake in the script, but I didn't have the heart to completely trash it so, think of it as a bonus clip.
