You can stack those anyway you want. You could put the smaller box in the middle, and the larger box on top of that to get you top handle.

When removing steel hinge pins use pair of small vice grips . lock on inside of steel tap gently sideways with hammer! Spray with wd40 first.

Those organizers were on sale for 22$ a piece last week. Not sure if they still are but went out and bought 5 more. Ridgid’s system is way underrated! Hope they come out with more options. Maybe some more smaller organizer components. Thin ones and maybe dividers for the crates

1- its called a hinge pin. 2- you use one of the removed pins to hammer out the next one, takes .0005 seconds.

Btw, you can take out the top of the one that says rigid on top. It will give you about another inch of space

How about open the lid back and forth as you're pulling that out and it may come out a lot easier than you think 🤔

Seems to me if you really wanted to get those pins out you could put an awl into the other side and hit it with a hammer and I might just push that pin out the other side. Or atleast it would make it easier to get ahold of it to pull it out the rest of the way

04:21 You make me sad. I wanted to gouge my own eyes out watching you try to pull that stupid pin. You should have just taken a nail or one of the other pins, and knocked it out from the opposite end.

How long did it take you to switch it back ? Lol

With the ridiculous price that the aeg quickstacks have been going up they have just shot themselves in the foot because they have made it so much easier for people to go with milwaukee packout or even dewalt tough system 2.0 now. I wont sick with aeg/ridgid now the price hike is insulting.

Have has this system for about 5 years, with a bunch of crates and the newest box. Use it daily working in high-rises. Honestly you can't beat it for the price. Only issues I've had is the handle feels sloppy and wish the crates were an inch taller. Good idea man, I use that little box for a brush box. Thanks 👍

    • @kmremodelsllc

Yes that is the only issue for me as well is the handle… when you stack more boxes up the handle pinch’s your hand between the box and handle…
