Kata PAPUREN | Karate | How To | Tutorial | Ricca Torres

Hiii! Here's one of the katas that is widely used nowadays in competitions. This is in shito ryu style and this is the timing I first learned a few years back when we trained in Japan. There have been quite a lot of variations and modifications in this kata depending on the dojo, bunkai, athlete's abilities, to name a few. It is still best to learn from our senseis :)

Absolutely love karate black belt lady demonstrating PAPUREN my favourite kata, was training with Sensei, love her loud KIAI’S and the echo in dojo, her crisp white karate gi snapping, powerful nukite jodan, excellent shuto right on target (a mans neck) extremely effective uraken to his nose / mouth, ladies PLEASE watch Sensei demonstrating her karate, it incorporates self defence techniques that are invaluable to us girls in this day and age !...
