    Hey man, I know this its about a year to late but if you were to take the ones you cracked and break out there center pieces of glass so there are jagged glass pieces on the outside that can be used as a cool filter as well. Btw, this video was an awesome way yo do this filter. Thanks for this

    Use the plastic cd covers, it makes the footage look a bit hazy if the cd aint new meaning the footage looks film-like

    In theory, could you use a round price of correct sized acrylic? That way it won’t shatter

      Yes you could. But it probably won’t be as clear and sharp image as if you use glass. If you have a Matt box you could slide the piece into the Matt box in front of your lens. Thanks for watching. Let me know if you try it 🤩🙏🏻🎥

    Another example ( we have used over the years )
    Pull tight some lady stocking over your lens ( stocking, secured on with a thick rubber band )
    Give it a go... 👍😁👣📷
