Owing to this workout program last 2 week I cut off 12 kg fat in my body…
Now I am 84 kg 💪
I think I deserve Kettlebell Program cause 24th January is my birthday (OK DO NOT ANGRY 😂)

My 2023 goals. Same as last year and the year before that. I believe in having good daily habits and compound interest. I just do small things everyday to get to my goals and it works wonders after a few years.
I have realized that alcohol and social media are holding me back. I will drink alcohol and use social media as little as possible this year.
1. I will be the most healthy, happy and energetic version of myself.
2. I will be stronger, better at Muay Thai and more flexible.
3. I will save and invest 50% of my income.
4. I will read 24 books.
5. I will maintain and develop the social relations in my life.
6. I will be generous. I will donate money to a good cause.

do you have a cadence sensor Obi? I think you need to increase your cadence a bit (pedal faster) at around 80rpm, 85 would be better, you ride with 50-55ish I would say :)
You do realise that I’m holding a camera to film on the bike or my friends are doing the same so no ofcourse i wont be going fast when filming seriously .. I thought this would be common sense stuff 😂

Keep doing what you’re doing Obi you’re doing great! One of my goals this year is to utilize what I have more. Going through closets, pantry, storage, etc. and just utilizing the the space and foods and items I have before getting new ones. Another one is listening to my body more and acting accordingly don’t ignore what you’re body is telling you when it comes to exhaustion.
2023 goals:
1. Reducing debts and increasing my savings monthly contributions.
2. Restore my healthy diet and apply consistency towards my training schedule.

Hey obi I’m currently finishing my Olympic lifting training with metcons mixed in I enjoy the oly lifting mixed with bodybuilding plus a conditioning routine as well what program would suit on your website/app don’t have Facebook or instagram (middle aged 😂) would be great on your advice.
