  • It’s becoming evident that most people need to be training movement patterns instead of parts in isolation, like functional squat vs leg extension machine. We now know that some exercises represent not only a movement pattern that normal to our daily lives, but may even be potentially damaging to our joints and soft tissue.
    This is especially important to recognize if you have less than ideal posture (who doesn’t?!) or joint issues.
