if u look closely when he was going around the corner he could have jumped into a locker, completly de-escalating the situation. if only he had turned his camera that is. he wouldnt been slugged and could either use his ds or wait for him to leave
@@YagamiTrala Slugging for DS isn't even a counter. Even if a survivor doesn't get to use the stun, Decisive Strike stil did its job - which is preventing the killer from chaining hooks on the same survivor.
Yeah, the "counters" to DS that you can choose in-match are more or less: 1) slug them, camp them (and their team finishes game and they get adrenaline probably, no fun is had by anyone) 2) slug them, chase someone else (and they get picked up) 3) they jump in a locker, you don't pick them up (you have to leave or else camp a locker for ~30 seconds/hope they screw, so this "choice" removes pretty much all killer agency aside from deciding to eat the DS, which isn't a counter to DS) 4?) pick them up directly under a hook (under their hook with pepega strats that assume no BT, or through sheer luck and timing) All questions of balance and/or necessity aside (I get why it's there and I don't think it's oppressively strong as much as frustrating), it's just an unfun and non-interactive set of choices to be presented with .Getting tunneled is no fun either and DS is meant to punish it, but things like BT are better ways of going about it, in my opinion. No matter what, it throws a huge amount of potential pressure out the window, even if they get re-downed soon after.
I did run into a twitch streaming couple. The boyfriend (I'm assuming) was the gem of the two. As their Killer, I was aware he had Dead Hard, and kept waiting it out or getting super close. I tuned in on the recent broadcasts and he said "why won't she ever m1?" and similar comments, just because I wasn't falling for Dead Hard.
>get unhooked >sit next to hook while your teammate heals you >killer hooks another person in the mean time >still don't move >he comes back and kills you both >call him a tunneler and camper what a huge brain gamer
Its so stupid like, ok i hook one person, only 3 others on the map, they unhook so there are 2 of the 3 people by the hook, i think i shouldnt "tunnel" and go look for the 1 survivor who could also very well be where they are
Healing at a hook without the other person having we'll make it or at least a medkit/botany, it was pretty clear he didn't know how to play this game well from the get go
@@topsgaming4266 Ah woah there no no no, I hope you are not the dickhead who wants me to run with them to the corner of the map just to heal. Healing under hook is fine. If the killer is obviously around or coming back THEN you can move away.

100% this. I just got introduced to this game a week or so ago, and I was completely baffled by the mentality of my teammates. To me it feels like there's this super hidden meta that only experienced players understand. but to me, seeing it fresh, it's like... "Why did the last survivor NOT deserve to escape?" or "Why is it toxic if the killer is getting all three of us on a hook? Isn't that the game?" I mean there's so many more. But it just seems to me that either there's that hidden meta, or my teammates are just super salty about not being better and they take it out on everyone else. They are so judgmental. it's crazy.
Yeah I thought the same thing. I felt bad for the dude's friends. I don't know any of them at all but there's always that 'one' in the group whose loud and annoying. The "oh yeah X/Y is a B/D but you get used it.." thing (or maybe I am showing my age, we said it a lot in the 90s/early 00s ;) LOL)
This guy's entire steam is just bruh after bruh moment. My man looped killer shack against huntress while one of his teammates was hooked in the basement, then after he gets injured he runs *DOWN THE FUCKING STAIRS LMAOOO*
Where did this mentality come from that the job of your opponent is to make it easier for you?? When I boxed it would have been so stupid for me to say something like "I you're just spamming the jab over and over again and it's not fair" like the whole fucking point is to beat your opponent not make them have an easy fun time lol
@@ace8099 Well, considering how most killers work, they pretty much have to give some slack to keep the game fun. Doesnt mean it should be easy, but its a general sportsmanship rule to not make it unfun for someone to play. You could say that is "entitled survivor", but the same applies when there is a good survivor team(not neccesarily SWF, in fact, I generally am more scared of 4 complete random solo survivors in red ranks than a red rank swf). Imagine that every survivor team plays super optimally. You chase 1 person for 60 seconds and 3 gens pop. You hook that person to get a BBQ read and by the time you catch your second survivor, the final 2 gens have popped. Now, I've had games where 3 generators popped at once, and I could have gone for the 4th one because there wasnt any possibility of a 3 gen for the killer. Yet, I didnt, because I didnt want the game to be over for the killer too quickly, and tried to cut the killer some slack. But when survivors rush gens, its suddenly "nerf gens, nerf perks, nerf survivors". Strikingly similar to when some killers are able to rush survivors out of the match with little to no issue, which is why PH got nerfed and why Billy is recieving a nerf, because too many players have been abusing the mechanics to rush people out of games. The reason survivors are getting less nerfs than killers, even though the survivor potential is much worse than most killer potentials, is because in general, survivors cut the killers slack when they overpower the killer. While killers rarely give survivors any slack when they overpower the team. So yeah, give your opponent some slack while beating them. Doesnt mean you should give them a win at all, but having a 2 minute match isnt fun for any survivor.
Maybe it was that Oni downed the teammate that healed him first before going after him and then after easily hitting him down, left him on the ground to be recovered before finally being downed and hooked again
Yeah, that's why this is a really bad and uninformative example of anything. This person is being held up as some sort of exemplar of survivor behavior when that's not really true, and there are killers who tunnel, camp, run ridiculous items and addons just to ruin someone's day. There's a lot of mean-spirited behavior in this game and a lot of it comes from killers, but weirdly in a video allegedly about empathy there's no mention of any of it.
@@Nikolus But it is really true. He really did complain about a killer tunneling him when it was perfectly clear he didn't. Frankly, if you care about addressing toxic killer behavior, you should be addressing these survivors. Their false allegations make it that much easier to dismiss any legitimate complaints about actually toxic killers. Instead you're here, saying this video somehow isn't an example of a survivor leveling a false accusation of toxic behavior, because there are other killers who actually are toxic.
It's sad that it is, but you're right. It has been since the beginning. Also, I didn't know you played LoL. Granted, apparently that streamer guy did/does, too; he called Oni an OP champion, lol
@@kriimson5052 in a way that truly is scummy, cuz the survivors cant see the killer, but he can see them and everything they use. just imagine survivors could see the Killer, not even the addons and if u lock urself on wraith or hag they bring insane flashlights or u play Plague and everybody switches from a medkit to a BNP toolbox :D that IS scummy, or as i like to call it " virgin behaviour " do u see any streamer like tofu, scott, otz, zubat etc freak out if ppl use flashlights on hag? they just think " gardamn seems like a rough match " and not putting on a mori or dodging the lobby / panic-click to overwhelming + franklins+lightborn just-in-case LUL
@@SenkoVT I don't see how these are relatable. The killer being able to see the survivor's items isn't equivalent at all to being able to see who the killers is. First off the killer cant tell the rarity of the item so they can't even know if using a perk slot would be good or if they just all have brown toolboxes with no addons, second off the killer can only try to counter the item by using a whole perk slot (while in your scenario with flashlights and Hag the survivors would be able to completely counter a killer with an item and perk slots instead of just a perk slot, not to mention survivors have 4x the perk slots so using 2-3 perks to counter a killer across 4 survivors is practically nothing), third off using a full perk slot to counter survivors isn't viable on a lot of B tier and below killers as they need all 4 perks to help with stalling or in chases and can't waste a perk slot on dealing with flashlights anyways. Most of the time putting on perks to counter items isn't even worth it, if they have flashlights just look around a bit before picking someone up, if they have good toolboxes expect them to get a gen extra fast that they probably shouldn't have been able to get, if they have med kits just don't commit super hard to chases early like you should be doing anyways. This is why streamers like Otz and such don't put on perks because Franklins is actually a terrible counter to items (unless you want to just waste 60 seconds camping an item or something), Overwhelming is garbage, and Lightborn is worthless as well since you can just check the area quickly, as Otz has shown usually versus strong items like keys you just have to sort of tunnel the key user and hope no one goes to pick up the key off his dead body while keeping gen pressure up. Survivors being able to see who the killer is would be absolutely worth using an item and 2-3 perk slots as it could easily just win you the game. Being able to see who killer is would be comparable to the killer being able to see half the survivor's perks or something. The only time I would ever use any item perk is maybe lightborn if the survivors are bringing 4 flashlights and are a SWF as it's likely they'll bring a map offering and be able to somehow blind you when shining their flashlight through walls because the hitboxes in this game suck but even then you're probably better off just baiting the pick up, hitting the flashlight survivor, and then picking up the downed one.
@@Lors_101 i dont know why u are writing an essay about it i have 3k hours xD. The killer cant switch anymore which is more fair now i guess. I think one of the biggest problems is in terms of balance, without knowing anything about the game, I thought the killer would be more powerful so I started playing as survivor, because I like to play from the harder side but I kept on seeing that everybody but me just was able to constantly run away from killers and that's when I started playing in the killer's side and man, it's just frustrating, you have to depend on survivor's mistakes and there's only a handful of killers that actually give you an upper hand against survivors and those few killers are the ones that require more skills but also the ones the survivors always call OP and want to get nerfed to the ground
@Hermaphrodeity the balance is trash the killer is the harder role but if ur a solo survivor and u find a good killer my god it can be fun, but all 1v4 games are hard to balance the thing about this game is making the right reads feels sooooo good and when u dominate as killer u feel like a god. sadly one game against a 4man can ruin ur night because the level of toxicity that they can have sometimes.

I would say the killers are both underpowered and overpowered. If you're playing as the killer and don't have anything good equipped, yeah, you're gonna be underpowered. But if you come into the match with something like an ultra rare mori equipped, the survivors won't know what hit them. The rpg elements in this game and the number of loadouts that this game has can make balancing difficult.

Letting them using DS is Smart don't be a bitch and wait that's stupid only campers and tunnelers do that if they Do DC they don't have to worry about doing it again and I'm a survivor main but I'm a red killer aswell
Kyle Hampton That might be so, but I, as killer main, would like to play a few long games. My gens get done in what feels like 5 minutes. But maybe I just suck.
I gotta give it to ya Scott, hella respect for how you handled this. I love how he said Oni is an OP champion, not even killer. Oh boy. And rich coming from a TTV Claudia with purple flashlight. Ha. People like this are privileged to not have seen the true tunnel off hook, camping/face camping scum that exists at really really low ranks
It also exists at really high ranks. When it comes to low ranks, that's more to do with a lack of understanding of the game, middling ranks it's pretty rare, and then high rank it's almost constant. But it is caused by the toxic cycle of the game's community.
Michael Wilkinson I’m a rank 6 solo survivor on PS4, and I run Empathy, BT, DS, and Kindred just so I can have eyes on how the killer is playing. It’s been too many games where the killer gets one person and just facecamps them from the start. At least with Kindred, my teammates can also see the killer and they have the opportunity to make a smart decision, which is doing gens.
As a killer main I made a real effort to understand where this guy might've been coming from Nothing, not an ounce of sympathy. Maybe a mutual disdain for Oni but thats it. It's so weird that he can say this without a hint of self awareness (SWF, DS etc.)
I can agree with one thing... Oni making that turn was bullshit, him getting a bounce off that spindly tree letting him turn that hard was total horse shit. The counterplay to Oni's charge is tight corners, that was a tight corner and yet it didn't work, the counterplay didn't work, or rather there is no counterplay. Thus Oni is not a fun killer to play against. Just like decisive strike is not a fun perk to go against.
@@SherrifOfNottingham I'll cede that the fov snaps Oni can make at the end of a charge are wayy too charitable. I more so have an issue with the hypocrisy and entitlement exhibited by the streamer considering they had every advantage available to a survivors arsenal. Funny, I remember Tru3 talking about this for years before then getting trash talked for saying it. With that said, I am so happy to see someone else speaking about this topic.

Tactically killers have every reason to kill a survivor or two as soon as possible. One less survivor means it will take longer for all the generators to be completed. Its a logical move that makes complete sense, yet survivors basically expect you to be a complete idiot and never think smart or act strategically. Basically want you to be a moronic NPC who cannot strategize and just chases whoever pulls aggro. They don't want you to play to win, just to play and give them a pleasurable experience. Your job to them is to coddle and give them a confidence boost. Nothing more. No other game have I ever seen where a community as a whole chastises a player for thinking smart and playing strategically. Just Dead by Daylight. I got a lot more fun out of Evolve as monster than I got as killer here. Could do whatever I wanted without the community slamming down a massive novel before me of "rules" a monster should never break. One of the thrills for me is thinking strategically and outsmarting the enemy. Beating someone cause I thought three steps ahead always gave me a rush.

I want to briefly touch up on the discussion of toxic behavior and entitlement. A common thing "toxic" people do is disassociate any cause for blame from their own actions; there's conveniently someone or something to blame for every situation (except yourself). "Bullshit! I know Oni! You cannot make that fucking turn" (6:13). Not a mistake on his part for not going to the jungle gym tile (potentially with a pallet), it was the game's fault or even possibly dedicated servers. "He's just playing scummy, not anything you can do about it" (6:56) 5 gens still up, 2nd hook; again, failing to react in time to get to the loop... But it's not him reacting very poorly, it's the killer's fault for "playing scummy". Then the whole survivor perspective is conveniently wrapped up with "it's not hard [to play the way he's playing]" (8:14)... says the survivor playing as Claudette with survive with friends.
Healing at hook/in the open and getting mad when the killer takes advantage of that is prime entitlement. You don't get to recover for free that's not how this game works
I mean... I think killers should have to wait for the survivor to get off hook, heal, find a gen, and then get a quarter of it done before they can be hit again.

@@DaFieFie Yeah dude I have so much fun chasing people I have a 0% chance of catching to the Exit so I can watch them teabag and run away before I can ever hit them. It's the most fun you can have, definitely more than securing at least one pity kill.
@@DaFieFie I agree that in most cases it's a bad strategy, but I'm not going to get angry or cast moral judgement about someone for using a bad strategy. There are plenty of other reasons as well, mainly exhaustion from a tough match and lack of confidence in their ability to get another kill.

There’s 2 small but important things I want to point out about the accusation at 6:11, 1. If he did no-clip through the car, wouldn’t he have done it through the tanker to save time? And 2. He didn’t have line of sight on the killer, how can you claim the killer can’t make the distance when you can’t see the killer and what he does That’s my 2 cents
*brings 3 people into the basement because they ran into me injured* *downs last person who deliveranced off, gets hit by decisive and he gets hatch* To be fair I really tunneled him when he was the last person alive so I guess I deserved it

I like how he was trying to save face there at the end, like "oh yeah, he was camping you. I left because he was being an asshole, otherwise I totally would have helped you. Definitely didn't just loop shack and DC on you."
Its why I’m considering calling it a day with DBD, I’ve had to turn messages and friend requests off just so I can play without being harassed. First game I’ve ever had to do even close to that on. It’s getting anit out of hand
I mean I made my profile public just to mine the salt. I have pages upon pages of salt in my comments, some of the best laughs I had playing Nurse (until they fucked it that is).
I mean, they also play as killer and they are toxic and entitled as killer as well. Assholes will be assholes. Doesn't matter which character they play as.
The issue at hand is something far greater than what we see in DBD: it's a complete disconnect from what a competitive game/ experience is supposed to be and what players want. If you play a competitive game (PVP or not) and expect to never face adversity, the issue is with you! Players that act this way do not actually want a competitive experience they want to feel a sense of superiority and that is just not what a competitive experience should be.
Ah, thank you! I used to only play survivor, when I started playing killer half and half between them there's so many things I started to realize had actually been my own fault, not the killer's. I never stooped to toxicity in chat, but I had definitely spent a few times a bit salty afterwards, not realizing that I had actually essentially brought it upon myself via strats that force them to vaguely camp, for example. I think everybody could benefit from trying to play both every now and then for perspective!
A large amount of this has to do with the fact that most competitive multiplayer games not being asymmetric, they're used to the game being fair. The entire point of DBD is that it's not fair, the survivors are significantly weaker and need to work together in order to survive the killer. The killer is by him/herself and has to deal with that. The game wasn't balanced for the killer to kill all 4 survivors, or for all 4 survivors to escape, shit is supposed to go down, and it's supposed to be fun regardless of whether no survivors die or all the survivors die. But people trying to play an asymmetric game with the sole purpose of 'winning' every time, honestly have unrealistic expectations for the game. Asymmetric games will NEVER be balanced enough for proper competitive play, especially a game with as many random mechanics as DBD.
Couldn't agree more. The killer is either having an off day or is bad if he can't get two kills by the end of the match which is a win for him. Should you always be able to kill all four every time? No absolutely not. If a team of equal skilled players fought an equally skilled killer then neither side should have four survive or four kills.
@@bobbysnobby The survivor can't confront the killer. A bunch of random survivors not coordinating will always lose to the killer. It's through teamwork that they're stronger. It's very clear you're a salty killer who's mad about the survivor balance and you saw the words 'survivors' and 'weaker' in the same sentence and HAD to disagree, regardless of context. Use your higher brain functions in the future.
@@Lithaleon How new are you to the game? I dont even main killer and the survivors are FAR superior to killer in every aspect. You dont need a well coordinated team, you just need one good looper. The killer has to capitalize on survivor mistakes, but if the survivors make minimal mistakes there is nothing the killer can do. Talk to anybody who has played the game for 300+ hours and they will tell you that. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@AImightywoIf737 Okay, so I guess I have to go further in depth so people don't keep trying to correct my comment. If you tunnel a guy who's a good looper, you're an idiot. Don't waste the time, go after others. If they're not doing what they need to do, they still lose. So everyone on the survivor team needs to do what they need to do, and they usually win. That's called teamwork. If there's a weak link or more, you can usually bag a few kills at least. Just because the majority of the survivor player base knows what they need to do doesn't make it less true. The game is known, the meta is there. Of course survivors don't fuck up as often. Of course it's going to get worse over time. It doesn't make my statement untrue, it means people understood this, so they learned how to play the fucking game. It's really not that complex of a concept my guy
Finally always wanted to see bigger streamers make vids about this to kinda give some sort of idea to both sides how it can be. Props to you mr jund love this content! Definitely took the mature route
Bro, you’re being really nice, too nice. I was looking back and saw, they did no gens in the first clip, the trash talker doesn’t do anything right, and I’m convinced he’s a rank 15 killer
bruh I played against this guy lmao. He was sweating as huntress with 2 DC's and got mad cuz he wanted his hatchet hits. Entitled as a killer too i see.
I’m sorry but if you bring a flashlight and just click it over and over again, for no reason you’re begging me to tunnel you and you have no right to get mad at me for tunneling. At that point you’re screaming for my attention don’t be mad when you get it.
The way I see it, I play to win. If that means if it's convenient to "tunnel" or "camp" a survivor in order to win then you can bet your ass I will do it. However, everyone knows there are alternative actions survivors can take to avoid being killed. If it's cool for a survivor to loop and drop pallets on killers...then a killer should be as evil and deadly as they want. just my opinion tho....I just hate trolls and people who taunt...I dnt think that's good sportsmanship and it needs to stop...however we shouldn't condemn styles of play just cause it pisses people off when it doesn't work in their favor.
Ehh, it's a fine line. You can easily play well and win without tunnelling a single person, and it can be to your detriment if the team plays well (taking hits, doing gens while you're occupied, etc.). However, aside from optimisation, it's also about remembering that there are other players. If you were a survivor, I doubt you'd find being tunnelled to death fun, so if you can take steps to mitigate that (which you can, because tunnelling on its own is _far_ from optimal), you'll hopefully improve your experience and theirs.
@@clickpause8732 With all do respect I think you just made my point. I said there are ways of countering tunneling....and i agree that most of the time it's not sufficient...but it still shouldn't be demonized...some (newer) players might find more success by playing dirty...weather it's as a killer or survivor. As long as people are purely doing it for the victory and not to troll. Personally I hate when there are 3 guys dead and the last survivor opens the gate and waits for me to show up just so they can crouch several times and run thru the exit jus as i try to hit em...now THAT kind of behavior is cancer imo.
Honestly a killer can play as he likes. I came across several leather face hook camper. And the sad thing is they sometimes get two to three kills doing this. I think kindred is still a nice perk, I personally prefer if I'm getting face camped for my team to pop gens and get out. Now if they are meme face camping I don't mind it cause I find it hilarious, now I don't escape, give me those Were gonna live forever stacks, I enjoy more BP over escaping these days and heck I don't look for hatch unless I get lucky and it pops next to me, I just run to the killer so they can send me to the next game.
In any other competitive game, the words "camp" and "tunnel" would be laughed out of the vernacular. It's like DS existing and turning the concept of "tunnel" into a meme when you get DS'd after hooking two other people just, miraculously turns people stupid. If I have 2 people on hooks and I choose to defend those two hooks rather than go patrol gens, I'm the scumbag. If I do tunnel someone off the hook when they got rescued right in front of me and their rescuer sprint bursted away, I took *at least* three risks by doing so (no BT, no DS, and during that, no pressure elsewhere). But I'm the scumbag, I guess.
Imagine if say, DS got updated to be "after getting off the hook for 60 seconds you get to call the Killer a Baby in endgame chat, unless the killer hooks another survivor while you are Healthy or Injured (not downed) in which case, no ez win anymore"
As a player of both sides, I agree with all Scott said about no camping or tunnelling. Survivors expect that the killer just go count crows or shit instead of chasing and hooking them
I come back once a week to view this video just because it is truly the best representation of the true issues of toxicity in our community from both sides. Its so depressing to see this issue constantly keeps going because so many toxic streamers/tubers enforce this negativity rather then approach it with an open mind. Just enjoy yourself, play to play and take the bad games as they come with an open mind. Be kind to eachother! Still one of my most favorite video's by you Scott.

i mean, that's literally why i picked up the role of the killer. i was always wondering why they were tunneling me off the hook, yet when i play killer, i do the same cause the only person i find is the one i just hooked. which is why i sometimes just let 'em go, so they can heal and maybe even get on gens. playing as both roles helps you understand the other role's behaviour, so you don't end up saying "they only camped and/or tunneled off hook".

if u look closely when he was going around the corner he could have jumped into a locker, completly de-escalating the situation.

@@YagamiTrala Slugging for DS isn't even a counter. Even if a survivor doesn't get to use the stun, Decisive Strike stil did its job - which is preventing the killer from chaining hooks on the same survivor.
Yeah, the "counters" to DS that you can choose in-match are more or less:
1) slug them, camp them (and their team finishes game and they get adrenaline probably, no fun is had by anyone)
2) slug them, chase someone else (and they get picked up)
3) they jump in a locker, you don't pick them up (you have to leave or else camp a locker for ~30 seconds/hope they screw, so this "choice" removes pretty much all killer agency aside from deciding to eat the DS, which isn't a counter to DS)
4?) pick them up directly under a hook (under their hook with pepega strats that assume no BT, or through sheer luck and timing)
All questions of balance and/or necessity aside (I get why it's there and I don't think it's oppressively strong as much as frustrating), it's just an unfun and non-interactive set of choices to be presented with .Getting tunneled is no fun either and DS is meant to punish it, but things like BT are better ways of going about it, in my opinion. No matter what, it throws a huge amount of potential pressure out the window, even if they get re-downed soon after.

Yeah, that's why this is a really bad and uninformative example of anything. This person is being held up as some sort of exemplar of survivor behavior when that's not really true, and there are killers who tunnel, camp, run ridiculous items and addons just to ruin someone's day.

@Hermaphrodeity yeah, bit it's still a game with a very appealing premise which is why it's so disappointing that it has this issues

Nothing, not an ounce of sympathy.

If you play a competitive game (PVP or not) and expect to never face adversity, the issue is with you! Players that act this way do not actually want a competitive experience they want to feel a sense of superiority and that is just not what a competitive experience should be.
"He's just playing scummy"
That's a weird way of saying you're bad at the game buddy
Survivors are substantially stronger there is a mountain of evidence of that fact.
"was I camped?"
gotta love it when they don't even know :D
Finally always wanted to see bigger streamers make vids about this to kinda give some sort of idea to both sides how it can be. Props to you mr jund love this content! Definitely took the mature route
Playing scummy as a killer. He’s supposed to kill you it’s in the name KILLer. 🤦♂️
Bro, you’re being really nice, too nice. I was looking back and saw, they did no gens in the first clip, the trash talker doesn’t do anything right, and I’m convinced he’s a rank 15 killer
15? That’s quite generous of you. But I agree, he’s being too nice lol.
People will always be toxic at times, but seing Scott trying to make a difference is actually really heartwarming - good on you man
No u
bruh I played against this guy lmao. He was sweating as huntress with 2 DC's and got mad cuz he wanted his hatchet hits. Entitled as a killer too i see.
who was the clown thooo
“I couldn’t even get into the basement before he went for me.”
Yeah ok
“Oni can’t make that turn”. You are aware that, in general, the corner of a car is around 90 degrees right? I’m pretty sure oni can hit that.
To be fair, Oni couldn't make that turn on the previous patch. Maybe he hasn't played Oni in a while.
I’m sorry but if you bring a flashlight and just click it over and over again, for no reason you’re begging me to tunnel you and you have no right to get mad at me for tunneling. At that point you’re screaming for my attention don’t be mad when you get it.
Notice how the guy he was “camping” said “oh, he was camping me?”
I had a guy that I did SWF for months before finding out that he had no idea Killer was in first person perspective.
@@Drazeroth8 Fair points, I think.
Mhmm you just described camping! "Defending hooks" is the definition of camping... So yeah you're a "scumbag"...
Imagine if say, DS got updated to be "after getting off the hook for 60 seconds you get to call the Killer a Baby in endgame chat, unless the killer hooks another survivor while you are Healthy or Injured (not downed) in which case, no ez win anymore"
@BunniesFromHell this game isn’t competitive
@@tscgaming847 This video was made for you ya know
@@ZombieaidZ Any PvP game is competitive. People need to stop using that as an excuse for the community being full of babyrage.
It sucks man, i can only hope more will see this, that it spreads and gives people much more open perspective to the fact its just a game. Just enjoy yourself, play to play and take the bad games as they come with an open mind. Be kind to eachother! Still one of my most favorite video's by you Scott.
When you think you know someone, but you really, really don't... **
15:19 ... Yeah, looks like I need to be more careful on who I include as my Steam friends from now on. They're certainly off the list. And off my TTV follows as well.
There's only so much I am willing to take, unfortunately. And this? This ain't it, chief.
Good on ya man. I’m glad you realize this guy is a toxic player. And have decided to make the best decision.
"he's playing an overpowered champion" I forgot that I got in my DeLorean this morning
6:10 if he “knew oni” then he knows you can flick with him and make that corner
"I couldn't even get down to the basement before he went for me" dont you know you are supposed to let unhooks happen?!?!?1 Geez learn how to play Scott!
Even if you see the survivor around the killer shack you are supposed to pretend he or she is not there when they are going for an unhook save. It's common sense! How thoughtless!
@@TheVocalTune Aren't you when you play huntress? You pretend to not see them, you wait for them both to go down in the basement, then you body block the stairs and hit them both with hatchets.
Man Scott, nice job shutting down a dude without expressing a bit of needless anger, hard to do not do so when someone is beating you down and berating you for no reason so good job
Survivor bags constantly and stuns just for fun. Meanwhile that same survivor "omg que is so long why does no one play killer?!"
“Your Scummy”
Me: So infinite Tombstone Myers it is?
Yes!!! Michael is the man!! Gotta love a Mori add-on!! ;)
Scott never dissapointed me as a content maker and as mature thinking person,am glad i found him.
that background music.....I can hear the emerald herald's words already.

Bearer of the curse, seek souls. Larger, more powerful souls. Seek the King. That is the only way. Lest this land swallow you whole... as it has so many others.
friendly reminder: Scott put those censors on the clip for a reason, no witchunting ya'll

Yes, it is a bad idea to harrass him. But, it's not a bad idea to report his Twitch account for genuinely harrassing Scott and multiple other people

Yep that's Claudette, Chief, Ain't it? That's 100% a Claudette.
*Scott shows that it is indeed a Claudette player*
Me: 😎
"This guy's playing scummy" *plays blendette*
i mean, that's literally why i picked up the role of the killer.
i was always wondering why they were tunneling me off the hook, yet when i play killer, i do the same cause the only person i find is the one i just hooked. which is why i sometimes just let 'em go, so they can heal and maybe even get on gens.
playing as both roles helps you understand the other role's behaviour, so you don't end up saying "they only camped and/or tunneled off hook".
