Real nice home. Would want sliding doors at dining room tho,&of course the basement option.
Well this is even better than that adventure home. So glad to see more manufacturers giving more space to guests. And so much room where that tub is, I could put in a big jacuzzi tub. The outside looks sharp. With both of my kids now in Indiana, that is a choice.

Nice large bedrooms and large closets. Love that stand alone tub and pantry and would opt for the basement option.

I like this so much. I like it white as I'd want to do my own wall color and decor. I would want the basement option. I'd want the regular counter tops as I have a fyi option of my own.

170k for this home isn't bad . I would have to change the colors (cabinets and walls) in it . I do like the master shower with the river rock floor . The fireplace is a beautiful touch . Thanks for sharing this with us. 😊
With stairs added behind kitchen and pantry gets extra 4’. That means the master bedroom gets 4’ added on to make the home look equal. 😊

The other day I said I wanted that home that you were showing well I changed my mind I want this one with the basement option. I would want a paint color option way too much white. Love this one keep up the good job Nate. Maybe if things work out I’ll have this one on that 20 up north in Michigan

I live in Indiana & have been to Grandan, they have nice homes. This one is very nice but too large for our needs. However, I would consider it because of the fireplace.

No, Just overweight and it was cold which causes a person to breath harder than normal.

Who builds the basement?
? our our 1988 palm harbor had vaulted celings in the living room to get the elk mount up y dont they have them any more
Some do, but most go with a flat ceiling now, as that is the trend.
15k for all counters in quartz for the home is way overpriced! That’s insane especially when you state one counter for the sink is 2k…why would about 12 more feet (other kitchen counter plus two vanities) be 13k $?
I'm not sure. That is just what I was told by the sales guy when he was walking me thru the homes to give me the hightlights to point out.
Looks like cheap materials were used to build this house.
