And I love how songs like 2nd sucks and violence are metalcore-y, songs like city of ocala and plot to bomb the panhandle are more pop-pun-y, and song like Mr highway are a mix. I love how they can mix and match the two genres sounds and writing styles.

Your throat shouldn't hurt after. If you're doing it correctly, you shouldn't have pain. Practice at it and make sure you drink water before and after you scream.
