not all tattoos hurt, it just depends on where you get it. i got one on my arm and it didnt hurt at all. but im sure places like they said your stomach or elbow would hurt. problay your neck too.
Neil is so gonna regret the blink 182 tattoos on his fingers. he may say he doesn't regret any now, but when he turns 50 he gonna look at those and say what the hell was i thinking.
The 2 sleeves and hands without neck tattoos looks siick! Im a fan of neck tattoos but not 100% body coverage. I have a sleeve and I want a backpiece, chest/stomach and some leg shit. Probably keep the right arm bare for a while.

@starscream623 As a beginning tattoo artist I know what you mean man, did my first tattoo myself and the pain is not bad, but actually soothing in a sense (As fucked as that may sound) anyone that complains, uses numbing cream or just gets tattooed for the sake of being heavily tattooed in general has not earned their ink in my opinion.
I agree about the numbing cream but I don't think every tattoo haves to have a meaning behind it because to some people the meaning is art I sometimes feel that a lot of people that say you have to have meaning care to much about what others think about them and seem to want tattoos to be a dress code I don't want to fit in to a mode I like going against the grain
