That is not a difficult prediction if you've seen what I have seen. As far as immediate danger goes... a tornado is just a couple minutes of hell... we are looking at 24 hours-- at a minimum of hell.

I agree. If those reporters died, they would be saying so sorry, thoughts and prayers, they were such great people.. Etc. So sick of people not valuing life.
Plus them getting in ddanger is unneccessarily bring helpers that might be needed by people who actually live there.

Florida’s government and FEMA provided free shuttles and free Ubers to completely free shelters across the state ❤️

I left Florida after Andrew, moved to Arizona. Not had a bad storm to endure since. My friends in northern Michigan the same, go where you'll grow. Florida is a peninsula at sea level in hurricane alley. I don't blame insurance companies pulling out one bit. Just because people want to live there doesn't mean the insurance companies need to support them.

The oscillation is concerning me... I've seen them try landfall only to reverse and bounce around like a top in a box. All possibilities are in play. Believe it... inundation from surges is your greatest danger.

That’s South east Florida.
It is on the Island of Palm Beach which is on the east coast in Palm Beach county and south of the presumed landfall. They will get high winds from this storm but not the direct brunt of it. Hope this helps.

I have been through multiple hurricanes. If Milton is a class 3 the main damage will be from storm surge. A cat 5 would cause inconcievabĺe damage.
It's been spawning tornadoes nonstop all day, this outbreak will go on to have caused more damage than the hurricane itself.
