I loved your Camino Journey, it inspired me. I'm 70 and don't know if I'll ever make it but you really helped me solidify my intent to do it by your open sharing of your feelings etc. So thank you, and for this video 💗🙏🏾💗
Jenn, I start from SJPP on May 30th as a 63 yr old solo first timer. Your videos are what hooked me and made me realize I was being called to go! Thank you so much for all your advise and your great videos! I am obsessed! ❤
You totally got this!! Amazing! I can't wait to hear how it goes. I'm so touched I inspired you to take the journey yourself!! There is so much beauty to find on the Camino! Thank you for sharing your comment and letting me know 🙏 Buen Camino, friend! ♥️ ✨
Hi Jen, I’ve discovered your channel just a few weeks before. Thank you so much for sharing “your” camino experiences. I was two weeks behind you last year and let me say, I had to cry at some points watching you walking the same ways, looking at the same trees, churches, buildings…I even had to stop to take deep breaths when you spoke about what effect the Camino did to you as to me too and as far as I spoke to my Camino family everyone did experience. To keep it short I would say, that within 5 or 6 weeks you live a whole different life with all ups and downs just like in the real world. What’s so special about this Camino? It’s the people that you meet and how they are mirroring you. For me they’ve helped me also to become a human again. And yes, I made the same mistake as you returning directly to work without processing my impressions, sorting out my mind and beautiful memories or photos. Nobody did understand what I was talking about. I think I even frightened some. So still I have the Camino blues going on unless I can cope with it now in a better way. I don’t know where, but I will do another Camino maybe just two weeks this year. See what happens. And, within my Camino-bubble there were two mates, maybe at your age from Los Angeles too. Maybe they will find your channel. You know, the Camino provides….So thank you again for sharing your beautiful memories. Keep on walking! Best wishes to you - Jörg from the very South of Germany
Did you feel the Camino blues when you came home from walking the Camino? Or, if you haven't walked yet, what's your biggest concern about returning home from the Camino?💙 Drop a comment! 👇
Jen - I only recently came across your channel, but your videos have quickly become great inspiration and motivation for my first Camino, which will be in June, so thank you. In response to your question, I suppose that I'm concerned about the post-Camino blues and coming back to "the real world" - how to reconcile everyday life with the Camino experience? I think that your video does a great job of providing easy, practical tips on how best to cope, so I'll certainly be watching it again upon my return. Keep travelling, walking and sharing and the best of luck to you on all of your future journeys. Buen camino.
Great job on your Camino experience. Thank you for sharing your experience. You are inspiring others to look and connect with themselves. Life is a journey not a destination! ~Namaste 🕊️ 🪷
I feel the same at 53, and learning not to compare my journey with other people. Not always easy, but the Camino teaches you to live more in the moment, so I think that really helps. The blues are real. Thank you again for sharing and have a great time going back to Spain! 🇪🇸 It is my favorite country!
Well said! Thanks so much for your kind words! I completely agree, the Camino really teaches us to live in the moment and appreciate our own journey. Can't wait to explore more of Spain soon! 🇪🇸
Most definitely, if there is just one city you can do to get to the essence of Spain, that is definitely Seville. Jen on the Run, I'll send you resources on that.
Good job and I'm Tuhin from Bangladesh. Sylhet city and next time I'm Bangladesh to suadi Arabia by foot. India. Pakistan. Lran. Dubai. Kuwait. I'm walk on the road from world. You hug me new people. I'm travel...

South of Spain is gorgeous. Granada is my favorite, very worth visiting it.
Thank you so much for sharing your videos!
Excited for Spain content! Scout out places to move???
If you have time I recommend you go to Seville. Beautiful city.

There are camino pilgrim groups in many many areas. Check around, I bet there is a group near you.
Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely look into finding a group near me.
