Outdoor Series from a Senior Portrait Session Using GODOX Speedlights and Accessories. Godoox V1

Once upon a time we would do outdoor portraits with natural light, (some shade, hopefully). a couple of reflectors and a bit of luck. A great spot, time of day and some gentle cloud cover would give us a great advantage, We would of course carry a battery powered flash (before they became known as "speedlights") just in case we became more desperate. Not so any more.
Today, speedlights and more powerful units with onboard rechargeable power can cover nearly any shoot. Having a small bag or rolling case can provide a studio's worth of lighting to your location without a second thought.
This short BTS video gives an overview of the part of a high school senior session that was done on location. We employed two Godox V1 speedlights, one in a small 30x30 Godox pop-up Softbox and one with a barn door accessory. With a set-up like this, we moved in and out of the house and around the property easily.
