      @@oscarscocina6244 all Central American food is tasty , great and delicious, …. don’t forget we were one nation at one point , then after , we were united provinces of Central America, our capital was Guatemala City , most of our flags represent our beautiful Central America ….so our food didn’t changed much , just the names , example : casamiento en El Salvador 🇸🇻 o gallo pinto en Nicaragua 🇳🇮, Riguas in 🇸🇻 or Güirilas in 🇳🇮, Que viva Nicaragua 🇳🇮 jodido !!! Que viva El Salvador 🇸🇻 maje !! 🤣🤣

    I love Fritanga! I remember my grandma cooking for hours in the kitchen, and as an adult I wish I would have learned to make Nica food! Thanks for making the video I’m truly going to try and make some.

    You should post the recipe listing the ingredients. I have difficult time finding the most tender meat to cut in the thick strips.

    bro this is my gringo husband's favorite food now :) I used to pour the rice into the beans and it was always porous I will try this way now lol

    But the original gallopinto it’s made different, after you boiled the beans you use the water of the beans to make the rice and add beans the rice is supposed to be cooked with the beans and the water of the beans , and last you drily it 😊 try it that way and let me know 🥰

      I believed I said it on that video and you can also get like Chuck roast beef or London broil but it’ll be a London broil it’s always a little tougher, God bless and I appreciate you watching my videos.

    Nice, I have two questions, why did you lime instead of naranja agria? Why did you use black beans? A Nicaraguan gallo pinto is made with small red beans. Queso seco is not the same as queso Cotija. Queso seco turns Golden when fried, not burned. The salad is never made with any type of chile. A hot dipping sauce is use instead.
    Be more authentic.

      You could use both beans and my mom still makes it that way, never heard of naranja agria on our salad or beef. What city of Nicaragua you’re from and every city have its own ingredients.

    Lol fritanga. In Ecuador we eat Fritada. My brother ate at an Ecuadorian restaurant here in Illinois with my cousin and they was laughing about how they was serving Fritanga for like $35 or some similar high price. Lol just how my cousin talked about it was funny. Puta $40 for fritanga wtf ?! 😅🤣

    Olive is good for you but the extra virgin has a strong Olive flavor and low temperature burning point. But proud of you for trying.
