You forgot to show the land it comes with and what fruit trees it has? Nice house though.
We showed everything that there is the small piece of garden at the back and the courtyard. Not all the properties we do are worth scrumping lol
The amount of land at this property, is mentioned at the beginning. The "potting shed", is in fact log storage for lounge wood fire.
Love this property. Question though: the flight of steps at the end of the courtyard, does that lead to a garden belonging to the property? And if it does, how big is that garden?Thanks for your answer.
We began the video in that rear garden, the one with the potting shed
There is no flight of steps in the garden you may have been confused with the wall of rockery.
Is there land to grow a garden? What does one do to follow up?

There are radiators but it also shows several electric heaters and the wood burners. Does the radiators not work?
The radiators work perfectly but sometimes as in my house it is convenient to use an electric heater if you are there for only a short time.
There are no electric fires in the house, the log burner and the pellet burner work well.
Well made video, perfectly presented with the view from above at beginning.
