I missed this one somehow! I went back to the beginning of your videos and am doing them all again, but in order now. Today was day #4. So fun! I like the music in your early videos. You are a wonderful instructor; so grateful for you! 😊
That’s awesome!! I love that you are starting from the beginning cause there are definitely some great workouts when I first started my channel! It’s funny, some people like the music, others didn’t, which is why I kind of stopped putting it in. Appreciate your feedback and you continually coming back to my channel! 💕
Great workout! Where do you put your carriage stopper and spring holder? I use the tramp on the first for both but not sure if I should leave it there when I use the foot bar. Btw I got the headrest you got and it’s a game changer! Thanks!
So I keep my stopper and spring holder all the way in and I'm 5'7. But I know some people, who are 5'5 and taller that like the stopper out one or two holes out because they feel too crammed, like there knees are too close when their all the way in. I would say if you don't feel crammed, keep it all the way in, it gives you a deeper bend as if your doing a squat. Yes! so glad you got the pillow, it really is a game changer, makes it so much more comfortable on the neck!
@@PilatesBodywithMichelleAlexis thanks so much! I like the all the way in setting too. Also, any tips on the ropes? I keep feeling they are not even. Thanks again!
@@rozyfalcon3486 try putting your straps over your shoulder rests and adjusting the ropes there. The shoulder rests are set in an even position, so if the loops are over them, it should make it even. If you find they are a little too short for your liking, then still use the shoulder rests as a gauge just pull them a little more in front of the shoulder rests. I wish there was a better system to make them even but right now there isn't
Great full body thanks Alexis love the sequencing and permission to adjust ! See you next !
Thank you!! So glad you liked this workout and were able to modify if needed 😊
