Just enough of a strength challenge with a much needed full body stretch! I’m starting to feel normal again! Thanks for another perfect Pilates w/o!😘

I couldn't exercise because my right foot was broken, but I was happy to exercise with one foot while watching this video. I love your posts. The movement is simple, but it's hard and muscle pumping is good. Thank you.
This was perfect. I was super lazy since Xmas and forced this one yesterday morning and hearing that you were struggling to get back at it too helped me get my mind straight. I loved this one! It was so good!

Hi! Thank you for a great workout. When doing unilateral work is it common to feel tension in the hip flexors? Mine are tight, but some of the unilateral work was hard to get through because of this. Any suggestions to strengthening my hips?
Was it the exercises at the beginning with the single leg in the strap? A few things to try. always start with the single thigh/ lunge stretch to give that hip flexor a nice stretch at the beginning of a workout. Also when doing this single leg work, make sure your back is pressed into the reformer and really focus on doing the work with the core and abdominals. Many times people don’t concentrate on using the abs which allows their hip flexors to take over and do the motion. And try not lowering the leg as low just for a while until you can build up the strength.
