- So I finally did it! I have wanted to make this video for awhile now.
I have come to one of the most unique and probably one of my favorite places to eat in Cookeville Tennessee. This is the Pizza Machine. It is a school bus converted into a kitchen on wheels.
This thing goes everywhere, to festivals and all kinds of events. The one thing you can bet is that you can always find this "Cool Bus" sitting in front of Red Silo Brewery a couple times a week. What a good combo, pizza and beer!
Hop aboard and grab a slice because school is in session. Here are the guys at the Pizza Machine!

Best idea ever! Don't even have to pay for rent, just upkeep of the bus and everything in it, and just finding a place to set up for the day.
If you are ever in Cookeville you need to try this place out. It definitely has a unique taste for sure. I'm craving a za right now lol

Pro tip. Ask for well done. Something about that extra minute or two gets the crust just right. Also the cheese is toasted to a golden perfection! I rock the pep and shrooms with not alot of extra cheese just like a sprinkle more 🤣
@@DrewTillman That's a good idea. When I was growing up I hated anything other than cheese or pepperoni, now I love supreme. Nobody else in the house likes it so I rarely get it lol

I know right! I actually saw them in front of Red Silo yesterday. They are great guys and the pizza is soo 🔥 You definitely need to try it out. Side note I saw that they had another bus. Not sure if they have plans on expanding. We could only hope🙌🏼
@@DrewTillman Yeah I know they had some issues with the one you have on video but they got it fixed. Also he did say that he had 1 person give him a bad review, but everyone believes it's his neighbor, she complains and says the bus is an eyesore, but ngl i'm conservative and I love their vibes.
The music in this video is so relaxing too because i've pretty much become a stoner lol

Im so glad The Pizza Machine is thriving so well! That pizza is made with love. I sure do miss it being in Bethpage though, one of these days im going on a pilgrimage for some of The Pizza Machines legendary pie 🤤

You should really check out i think the Discovery channel or Travel Channel one of them had there unique pizzaria that they owned back in Springfield,IL I was a delivery driver for them what a unique restaurant even back then
