    Dear Disney, If you're planning to make a main character a villain from the beginning, don't change it because some of us actually like that idea.

  • @NikFromm
    @NikFromm 10 месяцев назад +188

    Just fyi: the descriptions of these videos have full lore explanations for why these characters turn evil in this version. This story starts the same as the original, but after Anna got hit in her heart by Elsa (when confronting her in her ice castle), instead of being turned to stone it awakened Anna’s own ice powers. She then realizes that Elsa had basically blocked her out her whole life when she could’ve just explained what was going on (at least, she thinks there was no risk of telling).
    She also found out (before seeing Hanz again) that he didn’t actually love her, so she finally was at her breaking point. She decides at that point to basically k*ll Elsa and take the throne.
    I think I missed some details, so feel free to correct me😅

      Yeah, in this version, the ice blast to Anna's heart, as well as giving her ice powers, basically metaphorically (and maybe also literally?) froze her heart, making her coldhearted, eliminating her warmth and love and optimism until all that was left was hatred and cold fury. It's *such* a cool twist. And yeah, her induced coldheartedness is what made her catch on to Hans' whole act at the beginning of the song.

    • @elora4330

      @@MsYakYak94 Somehow, this version would stick more with the original tale. "La reine des neiges" in french, maybe "the ice" or "snow queen" in english, the book disney was inspired by when making this movie.
      For those who don't know, basicaly, the story was about the snow queen, or the ice queen (in this movie was the inspiration for Elsa), who took a boy from a village and froze his heart, so he was kind of a zombie, in a way that he could not feel (I think? I believe it was more in a romantic love way that he could not). And so, a girl traveled to bring the boy back to the village (the inspiration for Anna?).
      Now I did not read the original tale, that is all I know.
      Sorry for my bad english, I'm french

    Beware the Frozen Heart.
    The song being sung by the ice folk at the start, something of a prophecy. This take on the story makes that ominous foretelling far more frightening, in that a frozen heart does not mean death in a literal sense, but of their heart, leaving them devoid of love, care, or any reason to not act on their worst desires. It leaves little but a bitter cold shell of who they once were filled with naught but ice. Anna's powers here come from her heart of ice, so generously given by Elsa; her love turned to hate, her longing for freedom to a bitter desperation she will do anything for. In a way, she is now free. Free of everything that bound her, everything that made her care, everything that made her human. Perhaps in an echo of the original tale, she truly does become the Ice Queen who freezes all before her.

  • @bluefire-studios996
    @bluefire-studios996 10 месяцев назад +17

    The story of this is similar until the part where Elsa froze Anna's heart but this time the frozen heart is more a metaforic cold where she becames more violent and cruel as her heart gets more cold and getting the hability to expulse that cold of her body getting also the capacity to control the Ice.

  • @FifthReichJoker
    @FifthReichJoker 10 месяцев назад +12

    This is my understanding
    What if the fragment of Else’s ice power and the negative emotions Anna had combined together to give Anna powers instead of freezing her body
    Allowing her to develop her own powers
    The final push Anna giving into her negative emotions and the ice magic from Elsa that is inside Anna is responding to her negative and dark emotions
    The ice magic in heart didn’t kill her but instead responded to dark emotions when she was given the final push and did something else it saved her and gave powers the more negative and darker her emotions grew the more stronger her new ice powers grew
    It seems the ice power affected Anna’s hair her eyes making them glow her skin color her hair was turned white completely
    You remember how emotions affected Elsa’s powers

    • @Someone-or8tp
      @Someone-or8tp 7 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah, this is exactly what I was thinking!
      Anna never had frozen powers so I don't think Elsa's ice powers awakened her own, but when the frozen heart encouraged her feelings of hate, loneliness and abandonment and Anna reciprocated and fell more and more into that twisted version of herself, her frozen heart began to spread.
      she doesn't have ice powers, her frozen heart has become the catalyst, freezing everything it touches and everything she feels negatively towards. the people who responded fearfully to Elsa, causing her to run away in the first place and closing off Anna's chance to reconnect. the kingdom Elsa is bound to which caused Elsa to put her duty over their bond- hence why when she creates that wall of ice that reflects them both, we see the big gap and Elsa closing her eyes, as if pretending not to see Anna. Hence why Anna refers to her as a dictator, ect.
      if you notice, when she's standing above Elsa, the ice's spreading slows a bit as she talks to her, and only begins a more malevolent take over of Anna's body when the resentment from childhood culminates in "You were mine". then the frost spreads even faster than before, going over her face, turning her hair white, as she takes on a more sinister tone of her recounting.

    Basically the change is that Anna was abuses as a child and forced to spend her day alone without friends and family and when the confrontation at the ice castle happened Elsa magic instead of slowly freezing Anna’s heart it slowly turn Anna’s heart to ice making her bitter and sinister and awakening her ice powers. And had decided that if they can’t be sisters they will be enemies

    I think the reason I prefer this one and Mirabelle, ifnot for the artist work, wich is fenomenon (IDK if I wrote this correctly) is because we can kind of see why they would turn evil, and bcause they would kind of be right? Not like right to kill people, more in a sens that they do make a good point! What they say is kind of true. So, yeah, they would do very good vilains in their respective movies! The creator of these songs is really talented and did an incredible work in putting themselves in the characters to write the songs.
    I hope someday, she will work with disney and write a majestuous vilain (or hero?) song. Also the artists would do a wonderful work there, so I wish the same for them!

    I don't really think Anna can be blamed for what she's doing here since in the description it says:
    In her turmoil Elsa accidentally shoots some of her ice magic straight into Anna’s heart This is where our story changes slightly - instead of slowly turning Anna to Ice the magic slowly turns her heart to Ice and corrupts her hopeful and kind spirit into something evil and cold.
    Saying that it's corrupting her gives me the impression that Anna isn't actually in control of herself here so who's to say that what she's saying here is actually her.

    With this twist, Frozen 2 is about Olaf sneaking the frozen Kristoff out of the castle for Sven to lick him. Kristoff is Sven's true love and this "kiss" thaws him out. From then on, the trio must seek out the help of the trolls and discover a means of rescuing Elsa from her prison of ice so she can confront her sister. This culminates in Elsa acknowledging her wrongs and holding back from finishing off Anna, instead giving her the choice to accept a chance to rebuild their relationship together or to freeze her again forever, stating she has no intention of hurting her more than she already did and asking what Anna thinks their parents would have wanted for them.

    • @Someone-or8tp
      @Someone-or8tp 7 месяцев назад

      I thought when you said that Sven was gonna lick Kristof, that actually he was going to remove the ice after several hours of licking it like a popsicle. and also, a few takes I would've liked to see:
      1. Hans was never actually a villain, and Anna thinking Hans' love was an act was actually the frozen heart and her sister's rejection causing her to distrust him. because if her sister can't love her, then how could Hans? although he didn't feel true love for her because they just met, he did LIKE her genuinely.
      2. The trolls' solution is to encourage Anna to feel true love in order for the frozen heart to be weakened. so the trio go to Anna in the hopes of trying to reform her. they try to encourage her to find good in the world again, by taking her on fun adventures and helping her see beautiful sights. Kristof and Anna fall in love over the course of this, but Anna is still repressing it as it unthaws her heart.
      3. Olaf being a representation of the sister's relationship means that when he tries to push Anna to be good, reminding her of Elsa, and trying to encourage their relationship, she falls back into her old ways again and locks them out. However, Kristof figures out that the reason Olaf exists means that Elsa DID feel some love towards Anna, and that leads them to getting to the bottom of why Anna doesn't remember those good times.
      4. The trolls return Anna's memory of the childhood they ACTUALLY had, and the reason Elsa turned herself away from Anna, which begins to thaw Anna's frozen heart. however, her frozen heart's corruption tries to keep her out. so she's literally fighting against herself as she returns to Elsa and manages to unfreeze her via true love.
      5. Elsa, having finally realised the pain she caused, and Anna, having finally realised why, sort of have a reconciliation. Elsa is the one to try and talk to Anna this time, like how Anna chased her sister down and Anna turned her away, the moment Elsa tries to talk to her, Anna's grief from her parents' death and isolation make her break down. Elsa, having felt the same way, is empathetic and attempts to talk to her and hug her, to thaw her frozen heart. and it works enough to start the process.
      5. the problem is, her heart was already shattered, as shown in the song, meaning that unthawing it will kill her. and Anna knows this. Elsa quickly pulls away when Anna is shown to be in pain and runs off. but the kingdom is already dethawing thanks to this, and Elsa has to find a way to save Anna while also keeping her alive.
      6. Hans joins the rescue Anna squad. and though he genuinely likes Anna, he's also feeling betrayed by her. he still wants to help, though. and Kristof is kinda jealous of him because of that. but they end up having a one-sided rivals to bromance arc where Hans is like "why does this guy hate me??" and then helps Kristof in some kind of troublesome situation, resulting in Kristof being like "ok fine this guy is cool >:(".
      7. idk how they come to a solution. maybe the water element calls to Elsa or something (she wouldn't be the ice element in this version of the story, she would've been blessed by the water element, or maybe it would be less air, earth, water, fire, and more spring, summer, autumn, winter, and she was blessed by a winter spirit instead).
      8. Anna and Kristof are the ending couple. Hans is cool with it, and understands since he thinks both Anna and Kristof are good people. he's probably given the job of royal adviser or prime minister. Elsa remains as queen of the kingdom and Anna's wonderlust and adventurous spirit, awakened from the time Olaf and Kristof and Sven tried to open her heart, means that Anna decides to go on adventures and travel a lot to experience the world she was locked away from for so long. Elsa is surrounded by people who love her, and no longer feels the need to be isolated or even leave the kingdom, because she's accepted by everyone and she wants to care for her people. but the sisters are always connected, and the travelling Kristof and Anna always return home after their adventures.

    The reason I prefer this one to Mirabelle’s is because it used Ana’s song. Mirabelle’s song could have been with Waiting on a miracle and it would have been so good! We don’t talk about Bruno is a great song, but it is fast paced and doesn’t have a connection to Mirabelle since she barely even sings in that song in canon.

    Someone said that both Elsa and Anna’s come from the same place no they don’t
    Did that person ever watched the entire movie
    Of course this is au
    So it’s possible that events in the beginning could be different or possible both Anna and Elsa were born with the same powers so I can’t fault the person for that or get irritated or annoyed with them for it
    Anna’s powers came from Elsa after she accidentally hit her with a ice blast and they didn’t manifest until that final push so no Anna didn’t get her powers from the same place as Elsa
    Different sources and origins where powers can come from
    I watched the entire film so I’m going by how the story began and based on my understanding
