Rasputin was found on a floating piece of ice. What I read was that after being poisoned, shot multiple times, and thrown into an icy body of water, he actually died of hypothermia. Yes, he had water in his lungs, but he was found on top of a floating piece of ice, proving that he actually survived drowning and froze to death.

Rasputin was a member of a sect called the "Khlyst' (хлысть)", meaning "whip", not "killists".
Much more importantly, it is now widely know that Yusupov exaggerated his involvement in the killing of Rasputin and almost certainly fired only the first shot of three that eventually killed the man. The second was fired by an accomplice of Yusupov almost immediately afterwards and both were fired within the room in which they were all drinking. One bullet entered his abdomen and badly damaged his liver (1st shot) and the other entered a kidney (2nd shot). The third and fatal shot was almost certainly delivered several minutes later by a British Secret Service agent called Oswald Rayner using a service revolver fired to Rasputin's head from the front when he was lying on his back near an entrance to the palace gate where he had probably been carried to be whisked away in a waiting car. The third bullet was a different calibre to that of the first two bullets and exactly matches the type of weapon carried by SIS agents of the time. Convincing documentary and other evidence has been found that supports this theory whilst Rayner is known to have been in the palace on the night of the murder. It may be that the body was dumped in the river after the killing but the liquid in the lungs may just have been wine that had 'gone down the wrong way' - I don't know.
The British and French governments were terrified that the Russians were being talked into pulling out of WW1 by Rasputin, something which would have freed up around 350,000 extra German troops for the western front and this could have changed the course of the whole war, so the SIS cell in Moscow, (forerunner of MI6), planned what was probably a rogue operation to rid themselves of a threat to national security.
The SIS codename for Rasputin was 'Dark Forces'. Oswald Rayner burned all of his papers shortly before his death to try to keep the operation secret.

"Kosorotov found a single bullet in Rasputin's body, but stated that it was too badly deformed and of a type too widely used to trace. He found no evidence that Rasputin had been poisoned. According to both Douglas Smith and Joseph Fuhrmann, Kosorotov found no water in Rasputin's lungs, and reports that Rasputin had been thrown into the water alive were incorrect."

You mention at (at 0:30) that Rasputin was a "monk". Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin (1869-1917) IS something called "a monk" or a "mystic". But he was really just a peasant from the countryside, who somehow rose to royal advisor to the Romanovs. He WAS a very clever conman and master manipulator, but Raputin was never a member of a religious order, of any kind.

The speculation is that Rasputin was able to relax and calm Alexi so he could heal as the blood was reabsorbed by the body

Shunning bathing is somewhat common among Orthodox priests. I lived in St. Petersburg for 3 years and would see them every so often. I remember running into a group at The Hermitage and you could smell them several feet away, and see that their hair was oily and dirty. It's part of shying away from vanity, cutting one's hair, beard and general grooming are considered vanity.

The thing you have to realize about Rasputin, is he did have some uncommon knowledge and access to certain esoteric and real spiritual practices. There is a type of tantric energy siphoning that is theorized to only work when you lover is both enamored and seduced as well as taken to the heights of ecstacy, to the point that you are covered in their love fluids. THats one reason Rasputin didnt bathe. He also believed in a type of draconic belief in that true cleanliness is already taken care of enough by the body, and further actual cleanly practises, such as bathing, were antithetical to said belief. Another thing is that he was not utterly illiterate, recognizing, and memorizing various alphabetical symbols enough to know a name when he saw it frequently or a place on a map rarely. Likely he had autism in a minor form, but he was supposedly schooled in the use of certain mystic symbols and words, so he could perform rituals, real or not. There are also numerous accounts of mystics siphoning the energies of others, not just through sex, but proximity by way of mental or emotional stimulus, both of which supposedly are easy to do for just about anyone with proper practice. These ideas are at times referred to as " emotional/psychic vampirism". The harder thing to do, aside from the accounts of Rasputin's hypnotic gaze and mind controlling presence, is the siphoning of energy through sheer close proximity or physical contact. With this rare and darker esoteric talent, a person could enliven themselves frequently in any number of situations, especially when coupled with the afore mentioned methods. And the younger the "victim" or candidate is than you, the more energy you, in theory , could siphon. HEnce, another reason, aside from the obvious, why Rasputin banged so many women and whores. IT gave him power of the ego, the mind, and the spirit and body in a real sense. Gandhi did something similar, sadly, and though most people are not aware of it, while on his fasts he would often invite people to bring their children to his house to spend the day and night in the guise of " teaching the children about pacifism while vicariously using the childrens upbeat and youthful activity to embolden and uplift his own frail spirits during fast". Thats me paraphrasing. However, as a man that had formed connections to certain gurus or vedics with the knowledge of energy transmission from person to person, Gandhi often would take a small sliver of youthful energy from the children, having them all share a large bed with him in the night. There was nothing sexual about it at all, but reports were always to the tune of " the following day when parents would come to fetch their children, the kids were often tired and seemingly out of sorts, and looked it, whilst Gandhi would miraculously be in both high spirits, abd beaming with energy and healthy vigor". You can look those accounts up for yourselves, but every country in the world had knowledge of these traits and more, from soothsayers/seers, prophets, oracles, which are in fact different form each other; along with sin eaters, psychics, energy siphoners, and any manner of other paranormal things that would in modern times strain credulity. BUt hey, what do I know, over half the world believe in miracles and spirits and an afterlife ruled over by one or more omnipowerful beings in another dimensions. lol o>O

People just cannot resist feeding the myth of this man's supernatural powers. It's really ridiculous. Fact is, he was a remarkable con-man. He had the ability to manipulate people by using their religious beliefs, a very useful potion, especially when given the mantle of holy-healing-man. They hung on his every word. Now that's power. He told the doctors attending Alexei to stop giving him aspirin, which is a blood-thinner. He then told Alexei, as is reported, that he will be well, he will be healed, sleep, sleep, sleep...Those words worked with everything else as a powerful placebo. After that his so-called Holy Powers were held as authentic. More power. The guy knew what he was doing. He had a lot of fun with it, ha. Oh, yeah, cyanide has a limited shelf life. It degrades very quickly. If his food was laced with the stuff, and this is probably true, it was dead stuff, so to speak. The prince who shot him was neither a soldier, let alone a trained assassin. He was scared out of mind of this so-called Holy Man, and pumped off a shot or two, one of which wounded Rasputin but not mortally. Try to strip away the romantic myths and look at the facts, the dry facts; you'll begin to see the truth. What did Marx say, "Religion is the opiate of the masses." He was right. It's still true.

Unfortunately Rasputin will always be shrouded with a lot of myth mixed in with the facts because of his connection with Russian royalty, who I am sure did everything possible to keep the facts to themselves and under their control. Also he had a larger than life legend in his own lifetime and these kinds of reputations only grow with time.

The facts you were spewing out about how he is a bad person is just legends invented by White Russia during the Russian Civil War (1917-1922). His assassination and that the people hated him is true though.
