It looks like things may be getting to a "new normal" for you. I'm so pleased for you... The back scratcher looks great. My Dad used to have one decades ago that he got on a trip abroad. It was also wooden, with decorative carving. He used it for most of his adult life. I hope your handmade scratcher works well (for when Caroline is on holiday and not there to scratch your back 😂). Caroline deserves her much needed change of scenery. She's been a real trooper the past couple of years (and an excellent nurse & caregiver). What a blessing. Best of luck on your first day back at work on Monday. We'll all be waiting to hear how it goes. Also, consider the new gray in your beard as a "badge of courage" that was hard-earned. Take care. ❤

I'm glad things are going well for you. That's nice that the companies there kind of force you to take vacations. Here some companies will roll over the time and some are use it or loose it. So that's very neat that Caroline will be using hers and that she has a plan for it! That is awesome that she is doing some genealogical work and even more neat that she will write a book about it. I used to do genealogy 20 years ago. I still have many binders with all the information I have on family members and have a family tree on Ancestry but haven't done any work in years. Good luck at work! 💜

I see you have gained weight and you are looking healthier than ever. I know it’s probably not how you feel but just wanted to say that. ❤ My mum is coming over tomorrow and she says she is taking me out to feed the ducks at a nearby creek. My mother owned a really weird looking back scratcher. It looked like an arm with a little hand on one end…she loved it. It‘s a shame that I did not keep it as a memory after she passed away.
I always hoped that your peripheral neuropathy would go away by itself one day, as mine did. So it seems you are getting there, which is great.
Also I was not able to solve the puzzle you gave me in the last update. (Double meaning of frame as a verb or noun) I even asked ChatGpt but did not get a satisfactory answer 🤷♀️.

Thats good news about your BP. You'd be amazed on it getting better. I had the same problems as you. Getting outside, working on your hobby and having all the bad stuff behind you makes a difference on your outlook of life. Didn't see the link to Caroline's U-tube page tho. Well, Paul, you are, happily, becoming just a bit boring compared to a year ago- and I can't imagine anything more satisfying. Here in US we are dealing with just small things, like constitutional crises, the possible loss of my healthcare and housing, an ugly hearted orange man and his minions-nothing too major! ;-). I'm actually quite worried, it's been a hard three weeks or so and I don't expect it to let up. I may ask for that email yet! Wishing you a wonderful first week at work, and wishing Caroline a great vacation! Jealous! Will check out her channel..

Ime going for a stress test to check if I need a stent ! all good otherwise no disability heart disease is a silent xyz half blocked veins is normal for my age apparently ! (67) shown in a CT scan with dye vein infusion I had.
Folks out there take seriously eat whole food only and clean beverages , my over simple but ok analogy, a big belly ( more than 37 inches) is congealed insulin , unnecessary toxic insulin we made out of sugar, bread , seed oil IE UPF
