Hey Derrick. You are correct! If you already converted to a 5-lug rear drum, then this kit would technically work. However, being that we market the kit as a 4-lug setup, there are only 8 SN95-style studs in the kit. Please watch 3:17-3:45 of this video as I talk about thread engagement and wheel hub thickness differences. This is important to note. Please let me know if you have any questions. -Landan
The SVO caliper is about the only thing you can do in the front and still retain a 4-lug setup. You'll be surprised how well the car stops with just the rear disc conversion, and you may not want to mess with the front. -Landan
Cool.....there will never be a 79' to 93' interchangeable car or truck again i have a 79'fox body and a 93'fox 15yrs ago i went to wreaking yards and bought all the parts i could find from spoilers to roll over covers for the back seat area you can't even find a fox body in the wreaking yard these days
Has anyone tried this with 14x7 American Racing outlaw II wheels? With these wheels on the 87-93 front (11 inch) rotors, the caliper needs a little grinding. Or use of a .25 wheel spacer. This kit has 10.5 inch rotors though. I'm wondering if it requires any modification?...
Can these be installed facing towards the front instead of facing the rear? I have QA1 coilovers, and for whatever reason, the coilover sits right up against the brake caliper. So adjusting the height is not possible. Relocating the brake calipers towards the front will fix the issue. Just need to know if this can be done with this kit.

I am thinking doing a swap on my 92 ..I run already a Cobra Master with the bigger Calipers in the Front ..and braking is not bad .. but it could be much better .....so please someone who has tested out this swap ....

No. The caliper mounting bracket ears are different on the 99-04 Cobra-style calipers, and the 94-04 V6/GT rotor diameter is .5" larger in diameter. Hope this helps! -Landan

Swiss cheesy :D It makes sense to LMR to have them since there are a mix of 4 and 5 lug vehicles out there. No need to carry 2 different rotors for 2 different bolt patterns.

Sn95 rear kit. What master cylinder will fix hard pedal. I added proportioning valve, gutter prop valve. Everything is good except hard pedal.

Can't ABS be utilized? All you need are the components from a newer mustang.

foxbody brakes sells the 4 lug kit. Nice but hard pedal. Need to know what master cylinder. Keep hearing 93 cobra.
Tim, This is correct, the 93 Cobra is recommended for the 87-93 and and SVO master cylinder can be used on the earlier Fox applications.
