    Bt kehte hai na k khana k adha ghante Tak kuch bhi nahi karna chaie na exercise na hi Pani Pina chaie so yeh exercise kese or q kare n qk pet bhi dard karta hai agar is Tara se kare... Plz bataye is confusing ko dur kare so dat hum sabhi is ka jyada se jyada faayda le sake...
