hey Dave, i have an older bike (2005 r6) and have shimmed the rear 12mm, does this affect my sag numbers to compensate for more front load (when in action)? also, do you also recommend lower the triple clamp on the fork by 10mm like her bike(older bike as well),

man... I got 18k miles on my bike and my fork oil has never been replaced. I feel like an abusive parent right now, I got to take care of this.
