I just started my business Dec 28, 2023, and I discovered your videos in February. Honestly seeing how far you've grown to this point just makes me feel so inspired and proud of your progress! I don't normally comment on videos but felt the pride too much to not share. Keep at it!!

I would definitely say the Euros finals was a factor for how quiet it was near the end of the day. England going to the finals was a major thing so most people probably left early to prepare. Don't let this get you down!

@@khuxu2891 haha it probably was! I won't let it hold me back! I'm excited to try my next comic con ☺️ thank you for the support!

You did great! Your display was so cute and your own artistic color shone through. I'm 31 and it's always been a dream of mine to have an Artist Alley table of my own... and you've inspired me to chase that dream, so thank you! I'm subscribed to see more of your progress!

really sorry to hear it didn't go well. I've heard so many mixed reviews about comic cons, I feel like it really depends what you sell and who's there. Hopefully next time will go better 🥰

Oh man I love your energy, I keep coming back to watch more ❤️ I've been doing cons (conventions* lol! That comment about not conning people was so good 😂) since 2016, but you bring a fresh perspective to them. Very lovely content ❤

I definitely think it was the kind of con and what the majority was selling. Given that, you really had a successful day i think! I would have totally bought a keychain lol. Also your mom is beautiful!!! Love her hair color.

I have a question if that’s okay. I’m a uk based artist and was wondering do we have to do any legal stuff before selling at conventions? Like do we tax certain things or do we have to do specific paperwork prior to the con or after it? Sorry if the question is heavy it’s just I can’t find an answer anywhere!

I just started doing markets this year, the first one was as a summer fare a couple of weeks ago, it was £32 for 3m of space. On arrival it started raining so I sent my husband to grab me a gazebo and another table. I found what sold well was kids plastic cups, and football printed tumblers/mugs and coasters predominately Newcastle united ones. I made £184 which I thought wasn’t bad for my first fare. I sold a lot of tote bags but I think it’s because my stall was the first one or last one and people bought them after winning on tombola stalls. My second one was Pride in Hebburn. Free for the table space.. however it rained like a monsoon all day, I packed up 3 hours early. However I made around £90. I can’t actually wait to do one when the weather is good.. 😂 like you say ‘it’s a learning curve’

Sorry but I have to laugh, you're having a serious moment talking about your sales at the end of the day and all I see is Bumblebee walking behind you. Made me giggle.

Don't beat yourself up. You have a lot of great products but I don't believe the comic con customer is your customer. Do markets that better match your product. As for your display, less can be more. Maybe too high. Open it up so the customer sees you more. I do shows in US and it can be challenging at times. Be flexible. If possible talk up your RUclips channel or show them on a tablet or laptop at your events so the customers know you have a channel and that you are the artist of the products.
