I love searching dollar stores for doll stuff. Not exactly a BJD find, but years ago (mid to late 2000s?) I found Mamimi and Haruka dolls from FLCL at a dollar store! It was so weird to see a ton of Japanese anime dolls sitting in a store with (mostly) a bunch of junk for only $1 each. I still have them in a box somewhere, but who knows what shape they're in.
I got those exact two dolls at a dollar store called Yankee Dollar! I think it was around 2010 or something. I didn’t know the show but they were so pretty 😊 I still have them on my manga shelf too
@@sarahp2440 ha nice! They must’ve gotten a big shipment of them to their stores :) they are, they have a very anime look but without having massive eyes like some anime style ones do
Before Claire's changed up their collection of stuff, I found ring watches, celebrity magazine keychains, and mini decks of cards. Eye lashes, gluebeds. Tack, and toothbrushes is what I buy from dollar tree for my bjds.
Phone/tablet holders. They have some really cute ones in the shape of chairs and pool floaties. Great doll house furniture or for photo shoots, Donut and ice cream earrings cut the backings off and you have doll food for your BJDs. Doilies and coasters. These would make great mini rugs and mats for doll houses and photo shoots.
I found little book lamps that clip to the book. Clip it to a dolly table and you've got a study lite. Also little rubber bands for hair styling and tiny barrettes.
I think I found them in the tool section or automotive. Remember to look everywhere in that store because they put stuff in weird places sometimes. Also check out some of their fairy garden stuff.@@AsenvaBJD
Definitely check out the makeup or beauty section of the dollar tree! Aside from cotton pads and q-tips, acetone for removing acrylic paint, or if you are removing factory paint from other types of dolls (not BJDs really as it might hurt the resins). Also pretty good quality makeup brushes! Like I’ve seen elf brand there before, and they are perfect for doing any kind of blushing with soft pastels, etc.
I wouldn’t recommend dollar store nail polish remover for removing paint though, it doesn’t usually have a very high acetone percentage. I get 100% acetone for .99 cents at target
Just a tip,I do watercolors but love doll vids! I bought the brush/pencil caddy, but I hot glued it together- I don't plan to disassemble it and don't want it falling apart while in use..
This isn't a dollar tree find BUT I found the cutest thing at a garage sale for 50 cents. A tiny Madame Alexander doll. The little doll even had the eyes blink when you lie it down on its back. Turns out McDonald's used to have these as a toy in their happy meals. I wish I knew that a long time ago. I would have bought all of them. I don't eat fast food so I never paid attention to the toys. 🤣
Omg I remember McDonald's having those!!! That's so cool you got it at a garage sale! I think I've heard several people get really cool things at thrift markets too!
I love searching for dolly items. I have found that our hobby lobby has many items. But our dollar tree is kinda slim pickings these days. Great and fun video. Thank you for all of the ideas.
The Dollar Tree near me started changing the craft section last summer and now they have a yarn section! I had to hold off on buying all of the colors because I already have a ton of yarn
Maybe you could use the storage to put like bjd hands, feet, jewellery, and of course eyes 👀😉 I’d be interested in the floral tape thingy. Thanks again ☺️💗
@@AsenvaBJD I have never heard of sponge curlers :o sounds like something I need to invest in 😂💕 Also I'd love to see more videos where you talk about each doll you own 👀😍 (like their characters)

Love all your BJD dolls!!🥰 Just bought my first one! The 2headed girl! They're beautiful! I sew so I'll be making the clothes! Without clothing and makeup it was 80.00. If it was clothed it would cost 160. Question! What size shoe do they wear?
Ohhh another thing! And I got this idea from someone on IG, if I remember who I’ll come back and give credit. But this guy found toothbrush travel caps, that were in shapes of Sanrio characters. With a chain or strap glued onto it they make really cute doll purse!
@@AsenvaBJD yes I love Daiso!!! They have so many awesome things, even beyond their craft and beauty sections, for doll stuff! And just as affordable as the dollar tree! So you can’t beat the prices lol!
I once found mini guitars that work best for 1/3 dolls! Needless to say, I had to nab them! They end up being a little big for 1/4 though, unfortunately. But that's okay!
In my city in the dollar store , but don't cost a dollar, maybe 2 dollars, I found wigs. It's true, they are not really good quality, but ey, its a wig¡¡ AndEyes¡¡ They have eyes, in a 8 pack or something like this. I found a really cute umbrellas for my dolls, bicycle, basket balls...Well I'm the queen of the dollar stores¡¡ I always found something I can use to make some craft for dolls or to use in the dolls.
