Always enjoy your videos, learn something new. Looks like a great setup. My company went from ‘we call it Kanban (but is it really? Or just a corral of cats running around?)’ to Scrum to SAFe and now something between SAFe and vanilla Scrum, with a few Kanban elements (like WIP and cycle time).
Sounds like a path of discovery. And how is that working out for you, Joe? Is it the management testing our the frameworks or do the teams have a say in it too?
@@AgileStateofMind The general framework change was decided by management but the teams are still encouraged to plan their work, moving from a quarterly to more continuous model. They are working hard to decouple when releases go out to customers versus how we plan, with a longer term vision of more frequent releases. We’ll see how the teams respond, I think it is a good move overall.
