I love Haunted Mansion! It's such a unique mechanic with the spinning hallway. My sister had it and I enjoyed it so much that I had to buy a copy for myself. I think I prefer HM over Sushi Go!
We like Thunder Mountain, but the mountain spinning to release the marbles is so frustrating! So I'd switch Haunted Mansion & Thunder Mountain in the number order.
I agree with Villainous being #1. I'm sad that they chose to recreate the first set (reducing # of characters) instead of creating another expansion. I love that each villain's game is so different! I wish all the Villainous could be played together to allow different people to enjoy their universe.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: A Gemstone Mining Game is actually really fun. It's been out of print for a few years now, but it's a fun mix of randomness and take-that elements that is easy enough to play with a family, but also pretty fun for adults too. Theming is pretty well done also.
I’ve heard that game is a lot of fun!! Apparently it reimplements gameplay from another game called Quartz a couple years prior. We’ll try to check it out some time!!
@@TerreDiceGames yeah, it's a re-skin of Quartz. I think the Snow White theming is done well. Unfortunately it wasn't printed very long as the Disney version, we ended up buying a 2nd new copy to keep as a spare in case any of the components are lost or damaged. If you have a group that likes push-your-luck and take-that mechanics, its a great, hilarious game.

YES! This should definitely be on the list! LOVE this one! And even younger players than listed on the box can enjoy the game and beat all of us!
Gem stone mining is fun unless you play with my son who has some unnatural luck
What a lovely video! 💕 I know it’s Pixar, but have you ever played Toy Story: Obstacles and Adventures? It’s one of my favorites! It’s a co-op deckbuilding game, and there are boxes to open after each adventure. Adding new cards and new game mechanics.

Love every version of Villainous and hoping they come out with new expansions for both Disney and Star Wars. Disney Villainous got me on board-gaming and really growing my own collection. Also want to check out Big Thunder Mountain now since it looks fun!
Big Thunder is super cute and a great intro to deck building!! I’m sure we’ll get more Villainous expansions :) Star Wars has a Boba Fett expansion coming soon!
I was very disappointed in the build of the mountain. We couldn't get the mountain to release the marbles and it led to tons of frustration. We ended up rolling die to figure out where to place the marbles because they always dropped on the same two spots. We personally want to figure out a way to recreate the mountain randomization so we can actually enjoy the game.
A lot more original Disney games coming out in the past few years.
I'm waiting with baited breath for information on the next Disney Villainous sets! The leaks have me very impatient.
We know Boba Fett is coming to Star Wars! Have you heard of any rumors or information on the Disney side?
@@TerreDiceGames Some different leaks have 3 things:
Alongside Boba Fett will be Cad Bane & Seventh Sister.
For Disney, it looks like there will be an update release for Ursula, Maleficent, Captain Hook, and Prince John as a 4 character set. Plus, photos appear to indicate a possible 1 character expansion for Oogie Boogie.
Nice to see Disney Animated so high on this list. I just got my Amazon dispatch email this morning so we should be able to crack it open this weekend.
It is technically a retheme but have you played Toy Story Obstacles and Adventures? It is a retheme of Harry Potter Hogwarts Battle but is definitely a family weight deck builsing game that can get quite challenging

Very solid list and ranking. I would rank Space Mountain as #1 in my "Worst Disney Games" by far, the Jungle Cruise was the biggest disappointment (production values, pun levels, and then a drab droll game that takes 2x longer than it ought to...
A couple Disney games that I think deserve mention are Happiest Day Game and It's a Small World. These have been great for YOUNG audiences (definitely don't expect Agricola level play. :) ). Also, we really liked the Mickey and the Beanstalk game (particularly it's components).

We wrote down all the Disney games before making this list and acknowledged we hadn’t played and couldn’t cover any of the kids/family-oriented games (the ones you mentioned, plus Headless Horseman/Hocus Pocus) - I think those belong on their own list :) Goofy made it on this list because we’d played it, but I think those deserve their own ranking :)
@@TerreDiceGames Heya! Totally understand, trying to keep up with all the Disney games isn't easy. :). As my kids get older and less interested, I'm buying them more for nostalgia as time goes on. :) At least, until grandkids. ;)
Oh, and even though it's not Disney (though you did seem to like the Funko line up). Amazon has Funko's E.T. Far From Home board game for $8 these days, and it's very much like the quality Funko line-up and has become one of my favorites (a bit meatier of a game, but amazing).

Even though Jungle Cruise became boring, was it enjoyable for a few playthroughs? Mom was really disappointed that Jumanji wasn't what we expected (having to play act) so I was thinking about replacing with Jungle Cruise.

I knew Space Mountain would be on the bottom!! I was pretty pumped about the game but thanks to your review I didn’t buy it.
I was so sad this happened, is my favorite ride at Disney. Hope Funko grabs the opportunity since they hit the right spot with Disney Board Games!!
Yeah not much game to it! I can’t wholly discount the studio at Ravensburger, which has some major hits - but in the case of Disney board games Funko has had a bit more consistency of quality. My only hope is they take the reviews constructively and improve on the next one!
@@TerreDiceGames Totally agree! As you guys said they published Villainous (big hit) Have you guys heard of Disney Sidekicks??? Another big disappointment. Had a great idea of a game but didn’t deliver sadly.
We did check out Sidekicks! Passed on that one, but maybe it should have been mentioned here 👍
