My biggest takeaway is this was her resume for the West End directors and producers. Each song was a musical gem and she delivered each song with all her heart and passion. I would fly to London to see her in a West End production even if the ticket was $500 a seat!!! She is someone who God had graced his children with. ❤❤❤🎉🎉

Hi guys, did you catch the East Meets West show at the Virgin Hotel last night? Loren Allred, Morissette, and other notable singers were there. Regarding Sydnie, this version of Tomorrow was actually recorded by Marisha Wallace as a fundraiser, 4 years ago, during the Pandemic, when the theaters were all closed. Sydnie happened upon it and decided that this song would be great for her audition, and she improved it by leaps and bounds. Regarding her prior experience. She was part of a cast for a couple of plays in the past. 1 in London and 1 in Germany. She also was a cruise ship performer for Royal Caribbean. So she has experience, but has never performed on The West End according to her interviews. She was an understudy before Covid closed everything. Not exactly a household name (yet). I heard shades of Judy Garland there. You heard Loren Allred’s version of Over The Rainbow play after she finished singing here, so it’s karma that she sings it in the finals.
It's interesting how you reversed the video from the original with the left side being on the right and vise versa. It's the first time that I've seen a reaction video in that format!

She's been doing the usual stuff trained singers do .. work while getting small jobs here and there .. what in the US would be "Off Broadway" .. working cruise ships .. and .. reception desk at a gym .. what the majority of 'normal' people do.
You heard the finale first; then this audition. Both are FANTASTIC!! But for me, her best performance was in the semis when she did "My Way".
