She is way beyond musical theater at this point, well trained there of course, but she had to perform as herself to realize the scope of her appeal. Only on the concert stage will she fulfill all that she is and can be.
Oh dear. Heaven only knows what this woman really sounds like. On the opening clip, her voice has so much "stuff" added to it that the listener has no idea of the power or "body" her voice might have. Why don't voice coaches mention that sort of thing? Also, her rendition of "Over the Rainbow" is disappointing. Clearly her version is based on Eva Cassidy's version. Now, Eva uses some very awkward and unnatural phrasing in her version, and this woman has compounded Eva's phrasing eccentricities by simply added more of her own. What happened to good tasteL
This level of talent only comes around every once in a while. I wish the best for her. I know she has a very bright future. ❤

This is the best performance I’ve ever heard on a talent show. She is amazing in every way, voice, personality, sense of humor, and stage presence.
My favourite singer ever, love her voice and can't stop listening to her, she is also such a lovely, kind, humble, funny lady.
