What dosage are you taking plus how many times a day are you taking it?
V. informative and useful. My only criticism are the background noise (if it is possible to remove it?) and I didn't mind too much but the video is very lengthy!

Place it in a divot of bread, roll it in ball. and swallow it that way. Seamless. Never got anything out of Pramiracetam outside of random childhood memories the first 2 times. Placebo me thinks. Phenyl is good though.
You need a choline source.
