Thanks for the demo, gonna try these out since I'm no where close to Nordic Curls yet
Thank you for the super quick demo
The video is taking forever to load
It’s rough having dial up in 2022
Same. It just doesn't load, I had to use a youtube downloader website to watch the video!
Doesn't load for me on Firefox, works fine on Chrome. Literally the only video I ever encountered on YT that has this issue, wild
@@_j4nw Same! Just had to open my safari browser 🤢
still no load
am i supposed to keep my hams tensed at all times
Thanks for this!
I do this without the towels or moving my feet. What is the name of the exercise I'm describing?
Hamstringosaurus or a hamstring bridge
would this come under a push or pull workout
fitEZ depends on the goal of the workout. The push/pull theory of programming can be too restrictive to create good workouts.
This is type of hinge progression
This movement works the hamstrings, which is typically worked on "pull" days (e.g. romanian deadlifts, conventional deadlifts)
Do you keep your feet flexed or relaxed?
Flexed
This guy does not have a clue in developing a dominant fast-twitch sprinters ham (says guy who had crazy speed)
