      fitEZ depends on the goal of the workout. The push/pull theory of programming can be too restrictive to create good workouts.

      This movement works the hamstrings, which is typically worked on "pull" days (e.g. romanian deadlifts, conventional deadlifts)

    This guy does not have a clue in developing a dominant fast-twitch sprinters ham (says guy who had crazy speed)
