Thanks for the straightforward explanation. I haven’t been able to feel my hamstrings for years, but after this exercise they feel like they are on fire 🎉
@@TomMorrison Not so much the goal moreso the motivation to do, partially given up, partially my body breaks often, partially disgusted at how stiff I've become. Just stuck, thanks for the lighthouse on the cliff snippets.
I think the more I see of this the more I realise it is not only what I need it's what I've spent years looking for. I will definitely be joining your Flong and Sexible crew Tom. You have convinced me mate 👍👌👍👌
I’m doing your low back video daily: pigeon with lateral flexion stretches, hip hikes (I added internal and external rotation of the standing leg to this), and side planks … and my right hamstring has been a bit achy (what did I do this time?) So, I’m back for hamstring strengthening. I did 8 full reps with Jenni and then dropped to easier variations to hit 15. Thanks to you both, Kira
Tom I love this , I realised how terribly weak my hamstrings are and I am now doing these daily, my hamstring attachment at the pelvis is particularly weak on my right side and my right aductor is tight should I strengthen the aductor also or leave it alone ?
If you tag them on at the end of a leg session sure! Nice one you can go to failure on too! First couple of times you try that you’ll need a few days off walking straight 😂😂
I can do single leg negatives 3x10 but couldn't do a single double leg full slider... Couldn't even move an inch. Should I be pushing through heels or ball of feet btw?

Awesome!!!
Oh my word! I've just started the regressions from scratch and the cramps are real! 😮😂 thankyou so much for breaking this down
You're so welcome! Really good one to improve!!!!
Amazing. Thanks for breaking it down. This is how I'm going to be able to do them! ❤️❤️❤️ the regressions, thanks both for taking the time to do this.
You’re very welcome! It’s an important one to get!
Thanks for the final variation, it's my Everest for now 😆
Always good to have a goal in mind!

Awesome! Great way to build it up!!
Love the progression video's!
Ohhh you got me good Tom! This one looked easy but noooo! I'm starting from 0 but I'm gonna get those reps and sets! Thanks for all you do bro :)
It’s such a good one to work on!!
Wow amazing. Really like it. Keep them coming
Thankyou 😄💪🏼💪🏼
Love it. Thank you.
You’re very welcome!
I was like “Her hamstring must be dying!” 😂
😂😂 Jenni’s good for it! She only rolls her eyes if it’s side plank related haha
@@TomMorrison 😂 this…. I understand.

Would be working on them both yeah! Have you got SMM?
Yeah dude
@@buddy3892 how’s your deep lunge test and side plank march coming on?
Deep lunge is spot on, side plank is getting there
I'm struggling to do the progression stages..lol.. so weak in the hamstrings.. but I will persist..
Would these stimulate hypertrophy for the hamstrings?

Heels for the slider 😄
Heel to toe if you get advanced
How about doing this with an exercise ball?
Doesn’t have the same “drag” factor so is much easier, it’s a nice progression but nowhere near the same strength benefits as the slider itself 😄
Would this help with deadlifting?
Will give you more awareness with your hamstrings yes, good primer before lifting
