    Thanks for the straightforward explanation. I haven’t been able to feel my hamstrings for years, but after this exercise they feel like they are on fire 🎉

      @@TomMorrison Not so much the goal moreso the motivation to do, partially given up, partially my body breaks often, partially disgusted at how stiff I've become. Just stuck, thanks for the lighthouse on the cliff snippets.

    I’m doing your low back video daily: pigeon with lateral flexion stretches, hip hikes (I added internal and external rotation of the standing leg to this), and side planks … and my right hamstring has been a bit achy (what did I do this time?)
    So, I’m back for hamstring strengthening. I did 8 full reps with Jenni and then dropped to easier variations to hit 15.

    Tom I love this , I realised how terribly weak my hamstrings are and I am now doing these daily, my hamstring attachment at the pelvis is particularly weak on my right side and my right aductor is tight should I strengthen the aductor also or leave it alone ?

    I'm struggling to do the progression stages..lol.. so weak in the hamstrings.. but I will persist..

    Would these stimulate hypertrophy for the hamstrings?

      If you tag them on at the end of a leg session sure! Nice one you can go to failure on too! First couple of times you try that you’ll need a few days off walking straight 😂😂

    I can do single leg negatives 3x10 but couldn't do a single double leg full slider... Couldn't even move an inch. Should I be pushing through heels or ball of feet btw?

    How about doing this with an exercise ball?

      Doesn’t have the same “drag” factor so is much easier, it’s a nice progression but nowhere near the same strength benefits as the slider itself 😄

      Will give you more awareness with your hamstrings yes, good primer before lifting
