It’s more so body hurts and no I don’t know much about this system. But I know it’s work that I could do. I typically do all maintenance on my things.
Do you clean dpf filters from diesel cars?

What container do you usually use to perform a DEF doser test into?
Can the decomposition tube be cleaned if it has a lot of build up from a bad def doser leaking?
Ryan can I mail you a ecm for a cm870 that goes in a international 9900? I got it off ebay to have as a spare ecm. "same cpl" When I plugged it in it idled fine however when I push the throttle the rpms go wide open. Something needs adjusted. Want to bench load it for around 600 hp useing a fleet calibration
I had issues last night, paid $350.00 after one hour drive, and everything came back checked engine pdf light saying Stop ✋️ driving all of that filter full

If you put that Def nozzle in an ultra sonic cleaner and flushed it with gravity fed distilled water and pulsed the solenoid, I bet it would be just fine.
Hey Ryan, what's your opinion on 2007-2009 trucks that have DPF but no SCR yet? Are they easier/cheaper to manage?
We have a 2009 cascadia dd15 did a regen and it runs great only problem now is oil mixing with coolant 😅
It sucks that an actual parked regen isn’t getting hot enough to actually burn fluid buildup away

The dozer was the problem. The Nox was an unneeded extra expense for the customer.
Those nox sensor testers are not accurate at all
I've replaced my doser and it did not come with the gasket had to buy it separately
Thanks for the feedback, I guess some come with and some don’t. Just make sure to change the gasket as well

@anthonytaranto5854 doc isn’t removable for 1 box. You will have to bring the whole one box to us for cleaning

Def bs destroyed my last trk causing a fire. My new trk I jail broke the computer and removed the dpf no problems. Def Is a scam
