@@truckingandfixing well that's even better. If there's any chance you could let me know I'd really appreciate it. How could I get my number to you? Call the shop I haven't gotten quoted on the dpf job yet because I'm not quite ready yet, but I have the shop # saved.
Having this issue now, replaced Inlet and outlet nox sensors and code still comes back. Will check these clamps, thanks Ryan! Love your channel, keep em coming!
I just had and fixed this problem on my Kenworth t680. I replaced the Outlet Nox sensor and the same code would come back. After looking over the system I notice the clamp was broke and there was a 3/4 inch gap that was sucking air. Bought new clamp and gasket and problem was solved
@@truckingandfixing thanks to you I was able to gain the confidence to fix and look at my truck. I will be replacing a leaking shock tomorrow. Of course I watched your video on that. Thank you kindly Ryan for your work and dedication and knowledge.
I got my Pete I start exactly like a manual book says start 650 count a minute send to 1150rpm wait untill reach 150 coolant temp and oil temp drop from again 650 and start rolling always always. I never have problem with that
Really appreciate your vids. I travel that way through Van Wert often from MN . Are you close to there? I ask because if I have things I need done that you could do. I would stop and have you do it. I don't trust anyone up here. I had asked you about what they did on my truck up here a couple weeks about on one of your vids but didn't get back to me so maybe didn't see it.
Hi Troy. I apologize if I have missed your email or question. Could you send it over again? Our shop will be in Canton Ohio. Feel free to call us to schedule an appointment if you are nearby!
Had something similar happen after I bough a Peterbilt for Dobbs Peterbilt in Memphis AR. After they cleaned the DPF they didn’t align the gasket and vband clap and cause a hole which melted my DPF wire harness with a bunch of codes and derate. Fortunately didn’t catch on fire. They didn’t want to pay for any of the repairs that had to be done at a Loves on the road even tho their mechanics didn’t do a quality job. Never buy from them again in my life.
Good question. I haven’t found another one that I tested, other than the OTR performance diagnostic tool. The Bosch worked well with Cummins engine. If you have other engines, I would recommend otr.

Do you want to sell that Fld in the background of this video at the beginning?
We don’t want to sell it yet. Plan to restore it and sell it later.

Thank you Peter! Good luck to figure out the issue!
Get brand new DPF filters if u have old one.. the filters after awhile gets no good. If u change both nox and outlet sensors get brand new filters.
@@CashNYC change the SCR cat, esp if you got ammonia smell at 1500 rpm at idle after 20 minutes.

I would think so! Obviously regen wasn't done.
