The historic KLRU Studio 6A, home to 36 years of ACL concerts, has been designated an official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Landmark. In 2011, ACL moved to the new venue ACL Live at The Moody Theater in downtown Austin. ACL received a rare institutional Peabody Award for excellence and outstanding achievement in 2012.

"Standing on the corner in LAFAYETTE, state of Louisiana..." I absolute love this!
That band sounds great
He's still such a brilliant performer. Vocals excellent.
This song rocks
Love me some zydeco! :-)
Sweet, Thank you.
Great song. I`ve heard it first time on his Berlin concert last month.
Joel Guzman is an awesome accordionist, any style!
I want to learn this on my button accordion.
I've done studio work with him, he's tha best and a great keyboard player. And a cool cat.
This is where I got my sons name....Lafayette..
Qué música tan alegre y tan preciosa
Leis-a le bon-ton roulle`!!
Try "Gui Borratto Remix" of this song. It's awesome!
Vive la culture Française à travers le monde
Leis-a le bon-ton roulle'!!
Two chords and a crawfish
Kodachrome and armbands
I'm sorry, I love Paul Simon but this is terrible. He's over-medicated or something -- he's completely out of sync with the band most of the time. All these positive comments must be an astro-turf campaign orchestrated by his publicist.
That goes for the entire show.
Paul's vocal phrasing has always been conversational. He's not in anyway out of time. If you're used to the recorded version of the song then you're probably just being thrown by him not singing exactly like the album.
Did you just make that up?
Try:
Concert In Central Park
The Paul Simon Collection: On My Way, Don't Know Where I'm Goin' (Any live track)
RUclips (Except the Austin City Limits episode)
Etc...
Did I make what up?
That's how Paul Simon works. He's not out of time. He's in his own time. A lot of his classics have him running fast or going slow. It's just how he sings. I sing the song differently than he does. I sing it out of time too, just different. Most musicians sing differently on every cut. The album cuts are the ones that have to be perfect. Live is live.
