      Francisco, there seems to be some misunderstanding or technical problem with the email, so I decided to message you here as well. Could you please confirm that you have received an email from me with course access details and your invoice? If not, I'll send you it again!

    Hi @AlexOnRAW. I think your Expert Course is a fantastic thing. Unfortunately, I personally miss editing wildlife images in your videos. So far I've only seen portraits and landscape. That's the only reason why I haven't bought your course yet.

      Hi Robert, thank you! You're right; most of the images in the course are portraits, landscapes, travel, and street photography shots. I'm not a wildlife photographer; that's why I just don't have such images. Still, most of my Capture One tips and tricks are applicable to almost any type of photography. Also, my course comes with a 100% money-back guarantee - if you will find it not helpful for you, I'll refund your purchase, no questions asked :)

    Alex, most of the links provided are not loaded on my iPhone! I wanted to buy the set you talked about

      Francisco, do you mean links in the course courses.alexonraw.com/courses/capture-one-expert-course/ ? All the lessons can be viewed from iPhone as well, which lesson is not working on iPhone?

    Hi Alex, thanks for your lesson👍. Just one question about applying LUT's through styles - I tried to repeat all your steps to do that trick, but get nothing. What am I doing wrong? May be it works only on Mac OS (I have Win)? My C1 version is 16.3.6. I see my styles with included .icc profiles in Style location and when I try them to apply to my photos - nothing happens.

      Hi, that is strange, the trick works on both Mac and Win, there should be no problems with that. Try the free LUT styles from Lutify - lutify.me/free-luts/ If they work on your machine, then there is an issue with the creation process.

      I have experienced the same

    • @rbelatamas
      @rbelatamas 2 месяца назад +1

      It works just in case when I put the icm file into this folder: C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\CaptureOne\Color Profiles and then I select here "Base Characteristics - ICC Profile - other - ..."

      Additional note: If you want to export a 3DLut from 3D Lut Creator, that is, convert it into an ICC/costyle file format for Capture One, be aware that the exported style may turn out to be unusable. The solution is to rename the exported ICC file associated with the costyle file. For example, rename it as: Csirke.costyle and Csirke.Csirke.icc (instead of Csirke.icc).

    Hi Alex, great expert course! I do have a question - when saving a custom style, for example from 11:46, when saving with the layers made my style only gives me an option to "add to background" and not a layer. Am I doing something wrong here or is it Capture?

    • @AlexOnRAW
      @AlexOnRAW  4 месяца назад +1

      Hi Nic, thanks! That is perfectly fine, if you have a style with layers, you can apply it to the background only. Because it's just impossible to apply layers to layers.

      @@AlexOnRAW thanks Alex! Noted. Would be great to merge those layers and create a preset/style.
