Even though it's been only a few years, a Lil bottle of jack lasted me 4 nights (during my birthday and the days after) compared to the same bottle lasting me only one night If I was lucky, (half the night for that same size was "normal")

The car behind me abruptly changed lanes without signaling, cut off another car, and ran the red light while blowing the horn at me. I don't know if I've ever been happier in my life than I was when the police lights came on in that car they cut off.😂

The cops here ARE generally chill, but a big part of that is where in the state you are. City cops are, on average, a bit more aggro than the Highway Patrol, and it can be even more pronounced in rural areas. I only have my personal experiences to draw from, so I can't really comment on what it is like if you aren't white. I know that a lot of my native american family and friends have had less-than-stellar run-ins with law enforcement.
The Captain who pulled the guy over for swearing is absolutely terrifying. I’ll remember to drive exactly the speed limit and not sing along to any of the songs that have swear words when in Missoula.
They don't care about the music. I blast mine windows down all the time, had one of the cops jamming out. It's more about the hurling slurs and cussing people specifically. Cop or not hurling swears at people in the public disturbs the peace.

Unfortunately, based on Montana’s Disorderly Conduct law, this did fit the mold. 45-8-101: (1) A person commits the offense of disorderly conduct if the person knowingly (b) making loud or unusual noises/ (c) using threatening, profane, or abusive language. Imo, their DO law shouldn’t be this vague. It needs to be more clear cut bc it seems to be unconstitutional but I’m also not a constitutional attorney so I’m not entirely sure

About the unmarked Police car... If civilians can sneak around & speed, or whatever else, why is it wrong for the Police to use unmarked cars? Everyone just needs to drive like you know you're supposed to, & you'll have nothing to worry about.
Freedom of speech is not disordly conduct that ticket will be dismissed. Its perfectly within your right to swear at police.
