    I hope to motivate you to reset for the week while being realistic about what you can get done in a day while having kids. Don't set crazy expectations and be disappointed when all the items on your list don't get checked off, instead, feel accomplished that no disasters happened, everyone is healthy, and the house is mostly clean lol!     Thanks so much for sharing your journey! My husband and I had our daughter Madison 10yrs ago and he lost the sympathy weight after 1 month and then some. I however have been trying to lose the baby weight going on 10yrs now lol😂, your vids are so inspiring. I’m gonna start getting back into the habit of getting on my treadmill daily. Congrats to your new found energy as well! ❤

      Thank you! Honestly the first step I took was to stop bringing “junks” into the house (chips, prepared food, soda, candy, cookies, any processed foods, etc.) I think if you start there you’ll already be on the right track! I hope you find the same energy soon, I’m never going back lol!
