    Wow...after watching, I had to subscribe .Your videos are beautifully done. Your camera positions, your sound, your music,. perfect. Oh did I mention that your finished recipes look like works of art. All I came here for was a strawberry perserves recipe, but look what I walk away with. Thank you for sharing your art with us. Look forward to exploring into your website. Gary

    Can I make these without yeast? Will they just be flatter?

    • @Videoculinarycom
      @Videoculinarycom  8 лет назад +1

      You can't make Danish dough without yeast, but you could make a different pastry. Like these quick puff pastry flowers filled with pastry cream: videoculinary.com/recipe/puff-pastry-flowers-filled-with-pastry-cream/

    I wish the measurements were much more clearer bcuz my dough was batter!!!!!! Had to add about 1 cup more flour to get a better texture to handle. I thought 25oz was 3C. &1oz Flour....1C & 1/2 milk...seemed way too much, plus 2 eggs.....yeah, I had batter.
