Just loving your Cunard vlogs … you recognise that QM2 is very different than a cruise ship. It’s posh isn’t it? The little things that they do so well. Great video, Cherbourg looked nice for a wander around and the cakes in the patisserie looked something else, the French have great looking food, cheese, bread and cakes and the wine. What more could you want. You both looked very elegant and sophisticated on gala night and that Champagne bar looked amazing- Laurent Perrier is my favourite Champagne- I noticed on the menu they did tasting flights which looked good but required a small mortgage 😂 Afternoon tea looked delicious, I would have panicked and got every type of sandwich and cake on my plate in case they didn’t come back with 2nds 😂 I was feeling very nervous watching Brian eating his breakfast with that lovely white BOSS sweatshirt on, I would definitely have had beans and egg down it 😂
Yes good description that … good for a wander around. In fact it was better than we were expecting. They certainly know how to make the food look appealing. Champagne bar was a bit extravagant but we thought why not , it wasn’t something we would be able to do again unless we robbed a bank 😂. Afternoon tea was a great experience, seeing the waiters in their white gloves and uniforms and trays of beautiful sandwiches and cakes . You can ask for it to be taken off and you tip as you see fit . Hi Amanda, what a fantastic comment 😍 amazing. We had forgot about the service charge to be fair , a lot of cruise lines still do it . Breakfast was lovely despite Pearl giving it a good prod 😫. Small feet but dry it dainty 😂 . We love a food shop , fish , cheese , farmers market bring them all on 😂 Who knew Etam still existed. As for the crepe comment not many people have picked up on that so well done .👏👏 We do like a church , we are the least religious people going, but I do find them fascinating , how they built them all those years ago . Until Pearl turns up and nearly burns the place down 😂. They certainly know how to do cakes in France 🇫🇷. We were the only ones on the ferris wheel, so I could whisper sweet nothings to Pearl.❤️ . Thanks for showing me around the Queen Mary 2, and the ports. Last sailed her from NY to UK in 2007, saw some whales. They used to serve stacks of sandwiches of which cucumber was best

Cherbourg is very pretty. Seems like you both had a great time, and the weather looked nice. Watching all the food you get, makes me feel full. Tea would make me not want supper. You both looked so nice for your last fancy meal. Pearl always has the nicest dresses. She sounded a little like she had a cold or allergies. Allergies have been awful here. We are going to get very hot again, but at least we aren't getting those horrible fires. So man people have lost everything all because of an arsonist. He has been arrested. Afternoon tea was a great experience, and although we ate quite a bit we could have had a lot more . They were forever coming around asking if we wanted more .Thank you Rene I tried to match Pearl with her red dress and my red tie. Pearl certainly did have a cold , she caught it from our youngest Granddaughter Poppy who we look after a couple of days a week. Sorry to hear that it’s going to get very hot again, time for the A/C I think. I really don’t know what goes through these people’s minds when they set fires and leave so much devastation. Love looking in all those sorts of shops as well local cheese chocolate etc and that fish shop , James loves looking at the fish counter ( werdio 😅). Hi Amanda, what a fantastic comment 😍 amazing. We had forgot about the service charge to be fair , a lot of cruise lines still do it . Breakfast was lovely despite Pearl giving it a good prod 😫. Small feet but dry it dainty 😂 . We love a food shop , fish , cheese , farmers market bring them all on 😂 Who knew Etam still existed. As for the crepe comment not many people have picked up on that so well done .👏👏
We do like a church , we are the least religious people going, but I do find them fascinating , how they built them all those years ago . Until Pearl turns up and nearly burns the place down 😂. They certainly know how to do cakes in France 🇫🇷. We were the only ones on the ferris wheel, so I could whisper sweet nothings to Pearl.❤️ . Afternoon tea was a proper occasion, we loved it . Thanks for showing me around the Queen Mary 2, and the ports. Last sailed her from NY to UK in 2007, saw some whales. They used to serve stacks of sandwiches of which cucumber was best

Cherbourg is very pretty. Seems like you both had a great time, and the weather looked nice. Watching all the food you get, makes me feel full. Tea would make me not want supper. You both looked so nice for your last fancy meal. Pearl always has the nicest dresses. She sounded a little like she had a cold or allergies. Allergies have been awful here. We are going to get very hot again, but at least we aren't getting those horrible fires. So man people have lost everything all because of an arsonist. He has been arrested. Hope all of you are well, and we are all well here.
Hi Rene , Cherbourg turned out to be better than we were expecting.It was quite cold at first but as the day went on the sun came out and it was really warm.
Afternoon tea was a great experience, and although we ate quite a bit we could have had a lot more . They were forever coming around asking if we wanted more .Thank you Rene I tried to match Pearl with her red dress and my red tie.
