Hm. throughout the MB series Nrvnqsr's stage and theme changed, so it depends on which one you're thinking of when you say "Nrvnqsr's theme". Not counting MBAA which isn't out for PC or console yet, In MBAC his stage is actually the Alleyway, in which the theme for that stage is "The Theme of Arcueid"(Yeah, I know, confusing isn't it?). From what I remember, in ReACT his stage is the Park, in which the theme is called "Midnight Raider". So you gotta be more specific when you say "Nero's theme."

Actually, this is a remix, not the original. However, the original's name is "Basilica".
It's phonetically pronounced Nero, but spelled Nrvnqsr.
I think I like the original better but this still sounds pretty good
This is a remix version and it sounds nasty (as in bad) listen to the original one, it sounds much better.
I liked react basilica better by a bit more
