Boiz. I'm unbiased... Basically, fundamentally! I don't mind a discussion. You can try to convince me I'm wrong. I can change my mind if I'm really wrong, but you need to provide some arguments against my takes in the video. The argument that I just didn't like it is not valid. I like this genre. When I don't, I don't even buy games in that genre and especially don't make reviews. I liked this game at first. But I didn't run to make a happy review. I wanted to finish the game, and it objectively got boring. And I didn't even play alone. Dudes I played with thought the same. The games are there to entertain you. You should enjoy them, but not struggle. If you enjoy mindless grind, cheap stories, then fine, it's your life...
The first mistake you made.....THIS GAME IS NOT VALHIEM! Get over it it supposed to be a review not a tear down! Apparently you need to go back to Valhiem because this review was boring and Forgettable! Reviews usually does not have cussing, so you don't like it! Need to take this down because this is why you have 5 subscriber's!
No jokes, I agree that this review is boring and forgettable. Just like this game. What did you expect? Me cherry picking good stuff and being silent about negative sides? I call things by their names. If the game is shit, then I’ll say it. I mentioned what was good about this game. I didn’t praise Valheim either. It had tons of issues too. But the funny thing is that Valheim was released a long time ago just like many other similar games. And you know what a good studio does? They do research. They play other games and learn from their mistakes. I won't take this video down because you failed to convince me. If you want to waste your money on that, it’s your choice.
I stopped the vid about 1/2 way. You started out pretty good then went on some hell binge and crying about every mechanic while at the same time saying how great it was. I'm not sure if you are Unbiased or Schizophrenic. By the way the game is EA and only 1/3 complete. Also the the dungeon door is a bug they know about. I think maybe you need to follow the actual game and know what bugs it has and what is being fixed. Also a lot of the server issues have been fixed... Maybe since you say you are a programmer, make your own game.
I stopped reading your comment about 1/2 way. Ok, just kidding. If you watched the whole thing, you wouldn’t be so delusional. I said that I liked the mechanics at first but after 20 hours the game turned into a joke. What takes on mechanics do you disagree with exactly? That clicking a rock with a pickaxe or planting some weed for hours is boring? I said that the game had some cool stuff, but it wasn’t enough to justify its price. Why the hell would I make my own game? I paid for it, but didn't get it for free. And I paid for it three times what Valheim cost me. “Oh, you don’t like that we sold you some spoiled food, go grow your own”. Nice logic. Who’s schizophrenic…
@@BasicallyUnbiasedWatching the video half way was enough to know the rest was going to be a hate fest. I do not need to listen to someone bitch about the game for 15 minutes and how it was not what they expected especially when the game is only 1/3 finished. I think it is funny when people want a triple A game out of an EA game they only paid 20 bucks for. Most good EA games make changes based on community feedback. Valheim did it, this game is doing it, so are many others. Most of the grinding you are talking about is very simple, In fact it is to simple lol.. it should be harder. You say you put 20 hours into the game, seems like you got your money's worth to me.
@@michaelmorrow9927 That 1/3 finished part is conceptually boring. Stop making excuses for early access games. You buy this game NOW. This review is about how this game feels NOW, not how it’s going to be in the bright future. This game is promoted as an adventure. Do you call mindless grind an adventure? Grind is simple, you say. Exactly, you just hold your mouse wheel for 10 minutes until your pickaxe breaks. Then you go to your base, repair it and repeat. What an experience… I don't expect a triple A from an indie studio. I expect devs to launch games with content, not its imitation. I want devs to not reinvent the wheel and adhere to the best practices from other games. Well, I don’t want to retell the whole video you didn’t watch. I put 67 hours into this game, 20 of which I enjoyed. That’s not money’s worth, that’s a scam. I’m tired of people making a decent prologue then ditching the game.
@@BasicallyUnbiasedI have no issue with the game as of now lol, nor valheim. Have 12,000 hrs into valheim and over 300 into this one and hmm 5-6 into NightnGale. That's just how it is.. Have a great evening. PS: have you actually read any of the literature in the game ? done the side quests and so forth. I barely have to use a pickaxe to get anything except the special loot. Arrows no issue when you are killing... Maybe they need to borrow some trolls from Valheim to help us grind, better yet some of those magical creatures from PalWorld.
