    【Vegetarian】Banana Cup Cake
    份量:6~7粒
    一直都是受很多人欢迎的。要香气十足的香蕉蛋糕有个秘诀,就是香蕉必须完全熟透,最好表皮已变黑那种,这次傻大姐做的是做纯素的。材料和做法非常简单,这款香蕉蛋糕体松软湿润,不油不腻,减少了糖的分量不会太甜,真的又香又好吃!
    香蕉杯子蛋糕
    Banana Cup Cake
    份量:6~7粒
    材料:
    2至3条 熟透的香蕉 (大约200克)
    40克 白糖
    1茶匙 肉桂粉
    60克 玉米油
    150克 中筋面粉/底筋面粉
    1茶匙 泡打粉
    1/2 茶匙 苏打粉
    1/4茶匙 盐
    70毫升 豆浆 (我用低糖盒装豆奶)
    做法:
    1. 香蕉去皮后用压成泥状,加入糖,肉桂粉 ,玉米 搅拌均匀,备用
    2. 面粉里加入 泡打粉,苏打粉和盐混合均匀后过筛
    3. 将面糊翻拌均匀至看不到白色面粉粒即可 (加入面粉后尽量不要拌太久).
    5. 面糊倒入纸杯里至8分满,(可以铺上葡萄乾,烤过的核桃在表层).
    6. 放入已经备热的烤箱里 ,上下火,190度烤30分钟或至熟(烤箱温度只供参考,烤箱温度请自行拿捏).

    6~7pcs cup cake
    Ingredient:
    2 to 3 ripe bananas (about 200g)
    40g sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    60g corn oil
    150g all-purpose flour or cake flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    70ml soy milk (I used low sugar boxed soy milk)
    Step:
    1. Peel the banana and mash it into a puree with a fork. Add sugar and cinnamon powder , corn oil, stir well and set aside
    2. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt to the flour, mix well and sift
    3. Stir the batter evenly until no white flour particles can be seen (try not to mix for too long after adding the flour).
    5. Pour the batter into the paper cup until it is 80% full (you can put raisins and toasted walnuts on the surface).
    6. Preheat oven, turn the up and down fire , and bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes or until cooked (the oven temperature is for reference only, please adjust the oven temperature yourself).
