I like how they stayed away from black hardware and other black materials, it gives the m81 an overall darker look with the black and the lighter tans make a difference. They should definitely do more m81!

Do you think it is big enough to hold a carinthia defence 6 sleeping bag + bivy + gear for 2/3 nights out? I would use it as my winter backpack. Thank you very much, your videos are great

I may be the only one, but I hate the pull forward waist straps. My shoulders are messed up and I can’t pull forward very well. I can pull sideways from the buckle just fine. Q

It depends on how much the Carinthia will compress down. It might be pushing it for 3 nights depending on food, shelter, etc.. Really hard to say.

The buckles should be black instead of tan 499 on the m81 packs and rigs.
AS someone who makes gear for a living, I will have to respectfully disagree. Black hardware is a no-go.
